We toured this location when I was pregnant with our daughter, originally because of our proximity, and we were quickly impressed with how friendly the teachers were and how nice the facility was. Our experience on the tour and the fact that the director herself had a son in the infant room and loved the care he received from the teachers there helped us make our choice. Our daughter started when she was 6 weeks old. Drop off that first day was very difficult for a first time mom but the teachers and the director accommodated my tears and used their Daily Connect app to provide me with reassuring and adorable pictures as well as updates throughout the day (diapers, sleep, milk, etc.) We fell in love that first day and as she’s grown from an infant to a preschooler we’ve grown to love it even more. Our daughter has learned so much from New Horizon. She’s an amazing and intelligent little girl and we give plenty of credit to the teachers at New Horizon. We recently had twins and they too were enrolled at 6 weeks of age. It was so nice being able to bring to a familiar, safe place with such wonderful teachers. I would recommend this center to anyone looking for a place to bring their children where they know they will be well cared for, well educated, and given the chance to grow into a wonderful person.

If I could give this center 0 stars, I would. My husband and I had to pull our child out of this center before her two week notice was up. Our daughter was bit 7 times in this center in the matter of three months. There were no repercussions, the center director never sat down to talk to us about any sort of plan in order for the other child to stop biting and they would even try to blame our daughter for getting bit!! There was also a day where she was bit 4 TIMES! I never got a call and didnt find out until we came to pick her up. I would recommend parents to stay away from this center. It is not managed at a professional level and I have never had a worse experience. I just hope that no other children had to deal with what our daughter had to go through!

I would like to start by saying I love this center and its staff! I had tried other centers and in home daycares in the past. 9 years ago I enrolled my son into the preschool program at this center. Sense then I have had my other 2 children enrolled at 6 weeks. This center has played a huge roll in helping us raise our children. They were a huge help in potty training and teaching my boys social skills. With the help of these amazing ladys my 1st grader reads at a 3rd grade level and loves to learn. I dont think I could of found a better center or staff to leave my children with. Keep up the great work ladys!
