Ive been going to The Barbershop since they opened up in NW Rochester years ago. Since moving up to the cities about 5 years ago, Ive been going to the Eagan location where Rosie cuts my hair. Rosie is very upbeat and has a great personality. She always does a great job on my hair and gets it right every time. Its comforting to know you can trust that your stylist is going to do a good job consistently and thats what keeps me going back. So kudos to you, Rosie! Thanks!!

The price was responsible and the haircut was absolutely amazing! Rosie was very busy and over tasked. Despite all that she did an amazing job. Anyone could tell that she was the only one that was answering the phone or checking in customers who just walked in. Oddly enough this happend as other co workers talked and played on thier phones. It was upsetting as a customer to have that happen. It was not her fault and she remained fouced and gave me an amazing haircut.

If i can give them -10 i will... Girl with black hair and tattoos super unprofessional, rude as hell and completely impatient. Just take my 1 year old for first hair cut, she was just mean plus how charge full price in a les then 5 min haircuts, no shampoo, no products nothing. I will definitely no comeback and i will not recommend this place to nobody.... Horrible and unprofessional employees, rude as hell and soooo mean... Just a horrible experience...

When I arrived. No customers and 3 ladies were in the cutting area doing nothing. I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and was told the next appointment was 90 minutes. Then she asked for my first n last name and phone number to make me an appointment. I left. It seems walk-in s are welcome to make an appointment or leave.

The staff were courteous and professional. I had my hair done by Rosie. Shes very good at what she does cos I came out looking 5 years younger and more good looking. The shoulder massage was great too. I would recommend here for anyone looking for excellent grooming. By the way, Im black. That means they are experienced with all kinds of hair.

This place is awesome. Jess is the best, she knows the latest styles and is a true artist. Best haircut Ive ever had. I went from a hobo to a slick hipster in 30 minutes. Great experience, high end haircut, personal shampoo wash, warm towel, beard trim, massage all for $14.50. Craziness. I highly recommend this place, ask for Jess.

Really sexist place. If your thinking of getting real massage you will be shocked to find out they user a sander with a rubber thing on the end. Hurt like hell. The hair cut was rushed and the stylist was unprofessional and rude. I just cant get over a place that gives fake massages and required a tool to do so. Really sexist.

Great place to get a haircut. The price is pretty inexpensive. There are booths with personal televisions, so it feels like you have your own personal barbershop. Solid attention to detail during the haircut process and clean area. I went on a Monday morning and there was no wait.

Poor customer service. Rosie, (Person cutting hair) was rude, asked too many personal questions and even got shampoo in my ear. When I gave her a $1 tip, she seemed surprised! Recommend NOT visiting this place of you want a professional haircut.

I was just 3 minutes late for the appointment but the hair dresser was rude and suggested no shampoo wash or come back later., even if we go on time I always wait at least 5 minutes. It seems if they are OK if they are late but not for us, crazy

An inexpensive hair cut. Each chair has its own TV set. The price inclides a cut, wash, warm facial towel, and a back massage. Ill usually call ahead to make sure there is no wait. They can usually get me in within an hour. Always friendly.

A one is too high for this place! Lady shaved a line threw the top of my head then asked if thats to short. manager wasnt very intelligent either! I left with a bald head like a skin head. Totally a waste of money and time!

This is a very inexpensive place to get your hair cut. The staff seems competent and definitely nice enough. Make a reservation so you dont have to wait in line.
