Had a side door replaced and was not happy with results. They ordered a used door said it was similar in year and that it was in good condition. When the door was installed, the outside looks nice and shiny but on the inside the trimmings were FALLING APART. I bought the van back to show the owner the problem and he said it was an easy fix and he would order the parts (the edge pieces) and CALL me when the parts came in and I NEVER receive any phone call from him. I called the insurance company and they contact Bergin and one of their technician told the insurance that it was taken care of and NONE OF IT WAS TRUE. I did bought the van back and had to even "PAY" for a days car rental to leave my van their so they can fix it and when they called me saying it was done, I thought they had replaced all the necessary parts that was falling on the door--to my DISAPPOINTMENT--it was the same condition as when I left that morning. I asked the owner why does he even consider putting in an inferior "USED" parts on my van and because it was insurance coverage, they had to find an "EQUAL REPLACEMENT". UNTIL TODAY--there is still the falling edge pieces loose when you open the door you can see it. I think the owner Mark thought we might make his full money already on the deal so why bother with a just another complaint-- he can be sure that I will take it to another body shop and have it looked at to compare what he actually put it. One the outside, yes looks like because there is new coat of paint but on the inside--the door is falling apart--how can this be safe when HE HIMSELF does not know the condition of the door from the place he ordered the USED parts from. He has kids so I wondered why he would risk putting in a door from another van that might have been in an accident and has no "identifiable" firm structure. Cosmetically on the outside, you cant tell its a used door because its been painted, but when you feel the edges on the inside of the door, loose parts everywhere--thats where the edge tapes fall apart. ----Although service was good, the process was NOT easy. I had to take a day off work just to bring the van back for issue mentioned and thought that it would be fixed, but not. I still have the van with this inferior door and the tapes still falling off, I will take a picture and send it to insurance to show them of the "quality" of work they claim to have. I may just be an unlucky recipient of the "USED" door, but the owner does not seem to follow through with fixing the falling parts--thats what is concerns me. I would never recommend anyone to this shop ever! NOT a very reliable place at all--until the problem is fix.

6+ years ago, I had Bergin Auto Body repair a deer strike, and they did a great job. The insurance company wanted to cut corners, and the guys at Bergin kept insisting that it would not be right to do it without new parts. Recently, I noticed a rust bubble developing where some of the paint work was done. I went in and talked to Mark and he said as long as I could produce the previous paperwork, they would warranty the fix. I brought the truck in and 2 days later it was fixed and they did a great job. Kudos to a shop that will stand behind their work like that, over 6 years later. They will be my first choice if I ever need something fixed in the future.

Got the brush off. I have had marginally good experience here in the past - nothing great, but nothing bad... I once had to tell one of their workers that they installed a headlamp upside down before then taking my front bumper apart to fix it myself.This time, an attempt to get some custom work done was met with repeated "Call me in a week. Were too busy". I did this for 6 weeks (I was in no hurry, and to be fair, I had informed them of this) before I got the hint. The final nail in the coffin was no return call when I left a message requesting a call back. Customer service is important. This was a failure in that area. I recommend others to look elsewhere.

I absolutely loved Bergin Auto Body. My car was brought there for damage to the back drivers side door and rear fender. You cant even tell that my car had been hit! Mark was awesome he answered all of my questions that I had and kept me informed on all that was happening to my car. He even allowed me to go back into the shop the one day and look at the process. I will recommend anyone I know in the area to Bergin Auto Body for repairs. The repairs were done far better than I could have ever expected and the customers service was the best that I have dealt with in a very long time.

i have had a few jobs done there.. the reason i am giving it a four out of 5 is because they broke my key fob.. and they did a shotty job covering my car.. there is overspray on my trunk, rear windshield, and all over my fuel door.. *inside of it * you can hardly notice the trunk and rear windshield .. but im a picky person so.. yeah!

They personally came over to my house, picked up my car for the work. Wonderful work, blended the paint beautifully, and top it off they drove my car back to my house. I love a business that delivers on their promises and goes the extra mile. Highly recommend their services

Totally recommended. Brought my mustang here for rear bumper damage. They fixed everything super fast and the result is absolutely perfect. Also, they are so nice and personable! And honest in their pricing. I will definitively take my car here for any future body repair!

Ive always taken my collision repairs (had kids) to Bergen. Top notch work. Usually you can select your repair place with your insurance, although some companies try to steer you elsewhere. I wonder who that benefits the most.

They were deceitful with their estimate. Im never going back there because they did a terrible job I had to take my to another place to get it corrected.
