I have a ton to say, but the tldr is this: They take pride in their craftsmanship and they sincerely care that youre thrilled regardless of the size of your job. This is my first time hiring a painter and I lucked out because I know going forward I will never have a bad experience. I cant recommend Roell Painting enough regardless of the size of your job they will treat you like family. Other quick points: 1. The painters are great guys. Everyone Ive met knows what theyre doing obviously, but they do make sure youre happy and are very respectful and friendly. 2. I think point 1 exists because Roell Painting is a small company that seems to genuinely care about their employees. You dont get skilled, efficient, respectful employees with crappy bosses so if youre looking to support a local small business with killer employees this is it 3. Im a first time home owner. Choosing to change your house color is scary. Roell has been incredible in guiding me through the process and being honest with me. 4. They genuinely care. When I flip flopped on a color they worked with their paint vendor, Sherwin Williams, to get the new color without expense to me. Roell and Sherwin Williams have tons of customers bigger than me. The fact they worked together to make me happy at no cost to me floors me. If you have an interior or exterior job please check out Roell Painting. There are a lot of painters out there, but these folks know their craft, use the best materials, and have a level of customer service you only get when youre in Vegas gambling millions of dollars.

I’ve worked with Roell Painting for years, both as a professional property manager and for my personal home. I manage over 900 condominium and townhomes and Roell has completed multiple large projects doing repeat work for the Associations. Their attention to detail and high level of customer service always exceeds my expectations. I was very excited when they told me they are now a fully licensed General Contractor since I already fully trusted them as a company. When I bought my home in July of 2014 it needed all new flooring, all new interior painting, and a total kitchen remodel. The crew at Roell helped me every step of the way making our vision a reality and offering all the needed advice. From kitchen design advice to countertops to choosing the correct enamel paint for our trim work, everything came out exactly how we originally envisioned it but didn’t know how to get there. I’ve now used Roell for my front door replacement (April 2016) and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and the price they were able to put together. In the next few years we still need to replace our siding and deck and I’ll definitely be calling Roell to complete that work. I know they can handle anything I throw at them and will continue to give me the excellent service they are known for. I heartily recommend Roell Painting Company whether you are a homeowner that has any size remodeling project or you are an Association that needs massive work done, they will exceed your expectations!

Roell Painting was highly recommended to us by a neighbor who owns a construction firm and prefers to do business with them. Initially, they were very difficult to get in touch with to schedule a time to estimate the job. Nick (the owner) came out to take measurements and was very personable. He talked about their superior levels of customer service, quality and how busy they were as a result and seemed very knowledgeable. He promised to have the estimate ready within two days. I did not receive the quote when promised and had to reach out multiple times and question whether they even wanted the work. One week later, I received an email response that he had not finalized the bid and that they were really busy because they do "great work at a fair price" and did indeed want our business. He promised to have the quote ready that day. Well another week later, still no quote in hand nor any other attempt to communicate with us. Contrary to their claims, customer service is what they lack. For their sake, I hope they have lots of work queued up because they do not seem to be making any effort to win new business. They have lost the potential of gaining my business.

When selecting the contractor to perform our project, which was a sizable undertaking, I knew we had to find a company with the manpower, reputation, and reliability to successfully tackle the project. The team at Roell Painting couldnt have been more helpful in terms of mapping out a plan, putting together a thorough and detailed proposal, and also providing a competitively priced solution for our association board to review. They were the consummate professionals; management and the crews and they didnt just talk customer service…they lived it-from the top of the food chain right down to the last painter. The few issues that did crop up were minor and satisfied quickly. As the manager, I had constant and concise updates offered and their blog about our project was wonderful for our residents. They could always find out the current status of the project and how their own home played into the schedule. This was extremely valuable to me and the residents. A+++ all the way, and my first, and probably only recommendation to our board for painting going forward.

I would highly recommend working with Isaac and Roell Painting! We had two heirloom dressers professionally painted by Roell Painting and they turned out beautiful! The attention to detail, care and quality that they put in to the dressers was unmatched. My husband and I were not familiar with the options in paint and had a hard time making a decision regarding the hardware. Isaac took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were happy with our decision. I never felt pressured to make a decision and always knew he had our best interests in mind! As an added bonus, when it came time to pick up the dressers, we had planned to rent a U-Haul since our vehicles were not big enough. Isaac and his team loaded up the two large dressers and drawers and took multiple trips to our home, with his personal vehicle to deliver the furniture. He went above and beyond our expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! I would highly recommend Roell Painting!

Roell Painting has been our go-to painter for several years. Initially, we had them refinish our entire upper level, including scraping and refinishing our popcorn ceilings to smooth, enameling all of our trim, and painting our walls. They were very helpful in selecting colors, and helping us understand what the project would entail. Any and all questions were quickly answered and they were excellent about making sure every detail was completed before deeming the project complete. Weve had them back numerous times and each time the experience is the same. All the painters were very professional, courteous, and always punctual. We will continue to use Roell Painting for all our painting needs.

I used Roell Painting Company to paint a small bedroom in my house. I spoke with Nick on Thursday and the painting was scheduled for that Saturday. The room was professionally done and in a timely manner. They use high quality paint and do a great job. The edges were done very well, I didnt notice any spots on the ceilings or baseboard. The jobs are priced very reasonably as well. I already asked for another quote to paint another room in the house and to powerwash/stain the railing of our deck. I received the quote within two days. Now I just need to schedule! I recommend Roell Painting Company to anyone looking for a professional painting company.
