I took my daughter here to get her hair cut. Jessica took her and started cutting her hair. Right off the bat I didnt like the tone she was using with my daughter. "Move your head this way, move it that way, keep it still!". Second, she was cutting her hair so weird. Ive never seen anyone cut hair like that. Looking at it when she was done, it didnt look right. Walked outside I noticed her hair was not even. I took her back in and told her and I said I wanted that other woman to cut her hair because I didnt like the way she talked to my daughter. She said ya sure and as walking back , I see her in the mirror roll her eyes at me. Ive read bad reviews about this place and I still went there. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Definitely learned my lesson. You get what you pay for. Unexperienced, right out of cosmetology school.

Terrible experiences, between them ruining my bangs and cutting them too short and cutting off 8 inches of my hair when I asked for layers and SPECIFICALLY told them not to touch the ends. Completely awful. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Sent my teen in to get his hair cut. He had a coupon. Myra ask if he wanted his hair washed but didnt tell him there was a $7 charge. Called the manager to make her aware she said she knew it happened.
