Will not be back. 1. You dont gossip about another co worker who isnt there while other customers are in the store. Its extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only to the co worker but the customers in the store. 2. The lady cutting my hair was distracted and off task during the time of my haircut. She was constantly walking away to greet customers at the door and take appointments. She also was very rough cutting my hair. I have cuts and scrapes from her clippers on the back of my head and neck. I will be visiting a competitor from now on for future hair cuts.

I was in town cause my car was in the shop. I new what I was gonna get when I went to "great clips" a cheap hair cut. I knew it wasnt gonna be good. I normally go to a salon in my town. The quality of haircut wasnt the problem. The snobby soccer mom of a hair dresser was. She was talking trash about Bon Jovi and Mötley Crew. Absolutely terrible. It wouldve been a great experience if she didnt disrespect two awesome bands. Thought Id dive everyone a fair warning about this "Great" clips.

I went to great clips yesterday to get a new haircut for school and when I went in I had a picture of the haircut I wanted and I wanted the exact same haircut. The lady cutting my hair did the back of it fine but the front was cut too short and she didnt cut enough on the sides. I wanted a cute edgy pixie cut and I ended up looking like a hybrid of Rizzo from Grease and Justin Bieber. I have been crying for hours! How can I go to school looking like this?

Very friendly and personable stylists. Very "fun", open and sociable environment. Again, every stylist I have ever had at this location has been very friendly and always willing to talk and be friendly. Great at following direction on what you are looking for in a hair cut, leaving the facility with a great "fresh look".

This place has horrible customer service, they tell your that you need to make an appointment online, and do not take walk in, so they shoo you away, but other people who didnt make an appointment and walk in got there haircut done, as I was standing their. Very awful, lyng people
