I went in to get my cut fixed that was not done properly by another location. I waited maybe 5 minutes. (It was a Thursday about noon) I explained what happened and what I wanted. Showed Autumn a picture of how it was supposed to be cut and asked that she fix it. It was way too long. It was supposed to be a pixie cut and ....well it wasnt. Autumn took care of the cut and was so friendly and nice. I really enjoyed her professionalism. THANK YOU SO MUCH AUTUMN! I will go back that location.

Hate it the person that was gonna give me the haircut didnt even listen to what I was saying and before I was done speaking she just cut it and I said not over my eyes and she actually said to late

Ive been to this location once and was pleasantly surprised. It was one of the best haircuts Ive ever had, which I cant say about some of the other Great Clips locations. I will be back.
