I usually love the service here but unfortunately my last visit did not go so well. My stylist was someone new that I had not had before. I showed her a picture of the pixie style I wanted from my phone. Though the style was somewhat correct, the length is too short. I didnt want to complain in the store and my stylist did not show me her progress as she cut nor asked enough questions on how I wanted my cut. My cousin who is a hairstylist in Texas gives me her sympathy at how badly the cut turned out. I understand when there was a rush to serve all the other clients but please, remind your stylists to take their time with each client. And to talk to them. Thank you.

Ive used this location off and on for a few years. Haircuts vary from pretty good to not worth the money. RECENTLY DEC 2010 I was BUTCHERED. I went in for a moderate cut and the employee knew nothing. I stupidly let her continue and went from hair over 1 1/2 inches long to 3/8 before I could stop her. Went back 4 days later and the "General manager" said she could not help me at all in paying the $25 bill for another salon to try and fix the mess. -If she cant help me who can??? This is customer NO SERVICE and Ill never go back. How they treat you when things go wrong tells you a lot.

I took my disabled daughter (who absolutely loves going to the salon to get pretty) in for a simple pixie cut. After seeing the shuffle of stylists given excuses to each other as to why they cant do her hair, finally one of them was made to do it. She started arguing with me over the picture (the picture Ive been using for her stylists for 5 years) because she didnt want to do it. Of course my daughter picked up on the attitude quickly and got upset. So we left with half a haircut and I had to finish it when we got home. Im not a stylist...thats why I take her to a salon.

I go to a person named Amy who is absolutely FABULOUS!! She has been part of the salon for many years and I am completely happy. She took me after someone had really fried my hair and helped me with the best cut, color and eventually she put a few extensions in to help hide the severe damage until my own hair grows out. I have always been treated very well by all persons and they use quality products. I will never go anywhere else.

Boyfriend just needed a trim hair, beard, mustache, Lady flew through the trim Did a terrible job on facial hair. I had to go home and even every thing out. Noticed she had glasses setting on her head, but never put them on while doing the trim
