Horrible, dont waste your money. Got a hair cut by Brittany, just a trim, cost me $50, an extra $15 because my hair is long, its about to my bra line. I told her exactly how to shape it in the front, I have no bangs, my hair is all the same length but framed around my face, she grab a large chunk of hair in the front and cut about 6 inches off, so I ended up with very thick ugly bangs that she cut off just below my nose. When I got home I noticed my hair was about 2 inches longer on one side that the other. I could have gotten a better hair cut for 10th bucks at a cosmetology school.

It was awful. I made an appointment, they took my information, they gave me the name of my stylist, the time and date of my appointment then lost all record of it. I drove 3 hours with my newborn and showed up with a babysitter for the appointment and was told "sorry we dont know what to tell you"""Needless to say, I wont be going back there ever again! I went down the street to Regency, they got me right in on a Saturday, and did a wonderful job

The great thing about Regis Salon is there are different levels for the stylist choice. As the level goes up so do their prices. This means that it is generally affordable for everyones budget. They are all good and have always done quality work with quality products. Finish in perfect amount of time and usually have a sale on products.

I had a wonderful experience with one stylist and another stylist-not so much! Its really hit an miss, one girl did excellent the other didnt cut enough layers in my hair for it to lay right.

My husband went there and was charged $80.00 for a hair dye and $35.00 for a simple hair cut. Ridiculous pricing, he made the mistake of not asking what they charged.
