Had a couples massage with my husband. He had a wonderful massage and was more-than-impressed (think her name was Leah), however I had a very disappointing massage and was left feeling jealous that Leah was not my masseuse! I have had many massages over the years and this was one of the worst. I asked the technician to focus on my upper back and she said she would use heavy pressure on this area. Unfortunately, I could barely feel a thing! It was very dainty and to make matters worse her cell phone went off during the massage (no apology for this). She never checked in to see if the pressure was adequate (my husbands masseuse checked in multiple times) and I left there feeling very disappointed and sad that my neck and back felt just as tense and uncomfortable as it was prior to the massage. My masseuse was nice; nonetheless, she didnt seem to care much about my experience of the massage and her lack of skill makes me certain I will never be back.

this is the perfect day spa. It is clean, decorated very chic, spacious, comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Everyone was kind and attentive. The location is perfect of course. Its on Grand Avenue in St Paul. Calm and clean neighborhood. I enjoyed the 1 hour massage by Aaron. I went in there with so much tension in my shoulders and neck (sitting in front of the computer all day at work) and with a soar body from jogging. I left their feeling beyond amazing! Ive had good massages before but this has to go down as the best massage hands down... the entire time I was in heaven! Aaron paid attention to all of my needs. he is very professional and respectful..I had not one thing i could say i did not like about my experience at this spa....i highly recommend this place to anyone!.. I will definitely make this a regular place i go to.

I went to see Jen at Phresh on Grand after getting a really bad haircut from a different salon, and she did a great job of fixing it. While she can not put hair back in places where the other salon cut it too short, she did do a great job with what I had left and evened it out quite nicely. I will definitely go back to her the next time I need a cut. I had a hairdresser I loved who moved away, and it has taken me three years to find someone worth going back to, and I finally found someone. Thanks Jen! I should also note that I have had a manicure and pedicure at Phresh and that was lovely as well. Its a very clean, nice salon and their prices are reasonable. They are more affordable than the salon that gave my hair a hack job to begin with, and way more worth it. The value for the money is excellent.

After having my hair destroyed more than once, I trusted it to Phresh because of the great reviews here. My hair was damaged and Sue did a fantastic job of not only giving me what I wanted, but making my hair look soooo much better than I had hoped for. She knew what I wanted better than I did, and I will go to her at this salon for as long as I am in the city. I have had several appointments for color, cut, whatever, and ever one has come out incredibly satisfactory. I recommend Phresh to anyone, man, woman, child, and anything in between. Talented, awesome stylists, and super sweet people. Like any salon, however, it is important to communicate your wants. I believe this is where people can find fault.

Just had another wax and hair cut at Phresh Spa. Carrie has been doing my leg and Brazilian waxes and they are always superb. Her manner is always so pleasant, the work is excellent and makes me feel confident with whatever I wear. Also just had my first hair cut with Annie, as my regular stylist is out on maternity leave. She did a great job on my pixie cut, which is not always an easy cut to do. She knew how much to take off and where to remove it from my head. It looked really nice. The people at Phresh Spa are always helpful. I recently had a family wedding and everyone was interested in how I looked and helping me look good. I cant say enough about the staff and the professional work they do.

Tried phresh for their waxing services and was very dissapointed. I felt that the experience was rushed, and it proved to be when I got home and realized there was an unacceptable amount of hair missed. I called to ask for some type of reimbursment since it cost near $200 for everything I had done. They invited me back to fix the problem areas for free, but I did not have time to drive all the way back for them to fix their mistake. Either way, Im looking for a place that gets the job done right the first time. The amount of hair that was missed was absolutely rediculous and a waste of my money. I would not recommend phresh for waxing. I will not be returning.

Love, love, LOVE going to Phresh!! Kelly has done my hair for 6 years now and she is the first one to "get" my hair and to help me find styles that work with my hair texture. I leave each time I get my hair cut thinking, "This is the BEST cut Kelly has ever done with my hair!" only to go back the next time and to be pleasantly surprised that she finds a way to improve it. And she takes the time to explain to me how to get similar results at home in between haircuts. My husband loves what Kelly comes up with for my hair and that is probably the highest compliment ever!! Great job Kelly!!!!

I brought my two daughters (ages 11 and 15) as well as myself to Phresh. We all LOVED it! I highly recommend Sara Murray as she did an excellent job with my color and our cuts. She was very detail-oriented and took the time to discuss new hairstyles that we had not considered. She is so awesome!! My daughters and I are going to be coming back and we live very far from the cities but she is worth the drive :) I also appreciated how kind the reception desk was so us. They really make you feel welcomed at Phresh. Thank you for such a great experience!

I absolutely love Phresh! I too am suprised to see the negative reviews! I have been a regular at Phresh for going on four years. I have a wonderful hair stylist, Taylor, who does my hair perfectly everytime- I have never been dissapointed and I would never trust my hair to anyone else. I also go to Phresh for massage with Ashley which is always a relaxing a rejuvenating experience. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service, the staff are one of a kind and always make you feel welcome, and the setting is perfect for relaxation.

I have been going to Phresh for years and love it! I get my haircut by Mandy and/or Taylor and they are both excellent. I have referred people to them and they have been really happy with my referral. Mindy is my go-to wax gal and while she is excellent, although I dont like having hair ripped off my face : ) The women at the front desk are awesome and of course, one huge benefit is the points accumulation. For every dollar you spend, you earn points, redeemable for services or product.
