I am VERY particular! I cut my hair for a whole year. After finding Greystone, they are the only place I trust to do a great job. Im uncertain as to why the other reviews have had bad experiences. I get a haircut every two weeks and the service is awesome! I never have to wait beyond my scheduled appointment. The staff is very friendly. My stylist, Alison, gives me tips on how to make to make my hair do the things I want it to do. No complaints at all. I always leave with a great haircut.

I called Greystone to ask a question, they directed me to 3 different people without asking me to hold or anything, then when I reached the person who could "answer my question" he just said "Im with clients" and hung up on me! If salons are supposed to be about customer service and a good experience then I most certainly do NOT recommend Greystone!

I know what I want and Alison listens! I am very particular in what style and color I want with my hair. She immediately gets what I need done and she creates a finished picture thats even better than I imaged. She is very flexible in scheduling appointments and has great prices! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

As a repeat client, she is fantastic. She must take thorough notes on hair style and preferences because when I go back months later she knows all my preferences and style needs. Ive gone five times now and she has been fantastic and always listens to what I want and works to make the hair style work with my needs.
