A very disappointing and expensive experience! I visited this shop on a Friday to purchase extensions. I am inexperienced and depended on sales staff to guide me.After making a decision and BEFORE my purchase I confirmed that I could return this hair if needed. I was told "yes, within 10 days and as long as it was not opened". I completed the purchase based on this information. I made the decision to return it thinking I would get a refund and me and my hairdresser could then together choose something else. I made the trip back from the north metro in rush hour traffic on the following Monday to be told that there are no returns, only exchanges. When i explained what I had been told the apparent store manager just kept shaking her head yes, but denying my return stating that policy is no returns. More or less calling me a liar. I told her to watch the video of the transaction. She was not concerned with what I said, and also refused to submit to me contact information to higher management. Maybe $145 is not alot to some, but to me, a cancer survivor only wanting some hair on my head, it is everything! If the policy was CLEARLY explained before my purchase, I would have waited before spending $ on something that will not work for me. BTW, they had nothing to replace this in order to confirm an "exchange" unless I wanted to spend more money! Horrible customer service, and even worse empathy or understanding.. not recommended..very deceptive... I guess the sale is the prize! You go girls..boss outta be proud!!

Hello Sunnys Hair and Wigs, First and last positive thing that my fiancé and I incountered at Sunnys was very convenient to find, and to park. The experience going into Sunnys was just as I was expecting. What I experienced was everything my hair stylist who sent me prepared me for. My hairstyleist prepared me for the lack of communication and personality that the workers would have. I believe that if a hairstylist sends you somewhere with great quality hair extensions youd get the same quality of service. That was not true. Rude custermer service and showed lack of interest on how to make this new and exciting experance fun. If my hairstylist sends me somewhere she believes has great praises yet still on the high side... i want the customer service where I put my money to have great service. I would never send any of my friends there. Rude and horrible eye contact and lack of excitement. Dont wanna work there then dont. Or at least fake it to make it girls. Ill never spend that much money there again.

I love sunny hair bundles. I bought lot of bundles hair and love them, but I am very upset about their wig and 360 frontal. I bought wig and was shading and tangled up in just month or two. I end up throwing it away because it was no good at all. It was lot of work to do all that. And I just bought 360 frontal in march 3 weeks ago and shadings is driving me crazy!!! For the money I paid I think it should last me at least year. I suggest you shouldnt buy wig or frontal but bundles are really good. I have bundles that bought 3 years ago.

I have gone here for years. The blonde tape in extensions where embarrassing , a fur ball by the end of day. I tried to return the unused packages, When I bought it they said 30 day return policy and as long as it is clear the hair was not used I would get a store credit. Today I was told it is a 10 day policy, so they lost a long time customer today. The prices have gone up drastically !!! Order online someplace else

The customer service is considerate, knowledgeable; the hair extensions are quality and offer many choices. I just tried the newer "tape in" method--Le Prieve. WOW..... amazing. I will not go back to using fusion tips. These are undetectable! I was even able to put them in myself. (Dont tell my hair stylist) :-D

The prices are fair, the service is excellent, and the selection is amazing! I had the best experience at Sunnys and will definitely be going back for more...I recommend this shop for the quality products and wonderful people working there! Thanks, Sunnys! :)

Great place for wigs- real and/or synthetic. Jacquana is great- provides suggestions, is honest about how wigs look and is super patient. Highly recommend!
