Only go to this clinic if you are willing to accept the worst customer service experience at a very expensive price. I had this clinic do sessions of laser hair removal on my chest and abs. Their primary sales associate, Jill, assured me that my $1,000+ decision to purchase was in my best interest, was a great price, and they would take good care of me. During my first treatment, the laser technician stopped at my belly button. I politely asked her to go another inch or so down, and she said that was considered "lower abs" and I would have to pay hundreds of dollars more to go further down one silly little inch. I did not pay. I contacted Jill the following day and asked her if this could be worked out, because she did not explain to me that lower abs was considered a "different area" than the rest of my abs. She repeated that I would have to spend hundreds more to get the one additional strip done. After Jill and the clinic refused to issue me a refund for the 11 out of 12 sessions I had not yet done, I asked her how much it would be for my additional 1" of laser treatments. She said it was nearly $750 more. Clearly, I felt that I was being unfairly charged. I asked if I could settle and simply pay $100 (although I didnt feel it was fair or necessary to pay anything) and she LAUGHED at the question over the phone, saying absolutely not. She made me feel out of line for asking. By now, I was outraged. Its clearly was not the best customer service experience to be laughed at by someone representing a "professional" company. I spoke to Jills supervisor and we settled on $150. Of the twelve sessions I purchased, on THREE separate occasions this clinic called me the DAY OF my appointment and told me they needed to reschedule my appointments due to their own staffing issues. They offered nothing for my repeated inconvenience. I am very happy to be done with this clinic, and would recommend to no one that they should even explore their products and services. This was a customer service nightmare and one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a professional organization. I now work with the SkinKinic of Edina - I have given them thousands of dollars more than Rejuv, and they are much more deserving of my business. They are always prepared, friendly, accomodating, offering discounts, and extend themselves to ensure their clients are satisfied beyond their expectations. If you are looking for a clinic that will treat you with respect and treat you fairly, definately check them out before you choose to visit a ridiculous joke of a business like Rejuv Skin & Laser Clinic.

Dont fall for their sales pitch-They obviously dont know what they are doing! I paid for and went through the painful process (I never got fully numb even after numerous shots-that also hurt-FYI-I have never had an issue going numb at my dermatologist) of the Scar-Free Facial Mole Removal-The "doctor" I met with doesnt know what she is talking about when she said my mole was removable-after treatment-which hurt like H#LL! No change! When I went to MY dermatologist a month later and told her about it-She scoffed & said-"you have had that your entire life-that would NOT be removable and they totally should know that". To back up her "opinion" I looked online & my doctor is correct. Apparently they are just after the money!

Talk about a one-stop shop? Initially my dermatologist referred me to Rejuv to have a mole on my chin removed with laser. Talk about awesome technology, within a few minutes the nurse handed me a mirror to see the result. I was moved to tears…tears of joy…that mole that bothered me all my life…was gone! I was so impressed with Rejuv that I later met with Jill/ consultant and purchased both laser skin tightening, and laser hair removal. My results have been so impressive; I would strongly recommend Rejuv to everyone! Their staff is very professional and their prices are reasonable. I can’t tell you how much better I feel about myself!

Ive been going to Rejuv for several years and I highly recommend this clinic. I have had a variety of services performed ranging from; bikini hair removal, microdermabrasion, laser skin care and botox. I have had fabulous service and great results. Rejuv is the only place I will go for my skin care needs. Their location is sanitary and the employees are knowledgeable. The staff has been super friendly and made me feel comfortable when I was nervous about trying something for the first time. Its important to feel confident in those you are trusting with your skin and body!

I would not recommend coming here. Like what other reviewers said, theyre only going for the money. My big scar in the back of my head is still there which they told me itll go away and I still cant feel the back of my head where they did the cutting from the donor area. Its been 1 year and 2 month, still cant feel the back of my head and the final result is embarrassing and I basically wear a hat everywhere I go now. They were suppose to call me 6 month after the procedure to see the progress and do a final result for hair growth after 12 month which they never did.

I can’t tell you how happy I was to find a skin clinic that that handled my concerns with a straight forward honest approach. The staff was friendly and very professional. I elected to resolve some of my wrinkles before a class reunion and was so happy with the results that I later purchased a laser hair removal package. Not only was I impressed…but so was my husband! I would strongly recommend Rejuv. No wonder Rejuv has grown to become the fastest growing laser clinic in the Twin Cities!

I drove from Wisconsin (1 hr 45 min drive) and if the snow was bad I couldnt make it to my appointment, I had to buy back my appointment which was fine but she than took appointments away that I couldnt buy back. And my skin lady that I went to "quit" at my 3rd week. Plus their lasers are so weak, it made no difference I am now going to Ideal Image to get the problem taken care of since Rejuv couldnt. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Horrible customer service; specially the receptionist. The receptionist was accusing me of not paying a cream that took home on my last appointment. When I said that I payed for it, she started arguing with me. I asked her to look on my history, and she found my payment. Instead of saying sorry, she just said okay you are good to go. Also, their treatments did not do any good to my skin.

Very enjoyable visit to the spa from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by Kristen who was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful in finding a skin product I was interested in. She asked a few questions to find out my concerns, and used her knowledge to make a recommendation. I was in and out in no time, will be going back for more product soon.

I had a hair transplant from Dr. Champagne at Rejuv, coming into the procedure I was nervous and apprehensive about the unknown. Wally answered all of my questions making me feel comfortable moving forward. Dr. Champagnes bedside manners gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend coming here for any hair restoration needs.
