They never have anything I need! Every time I go there I end up leaving empty handed. The people working there act like they have a problem like its YOUR fault they are out of things. Your a hair supply store you should be stocked! If you have a product that sales out a lot then why dont you have extra? This makes no sense to me. When I lived in FL I never had to worry about this. If they were out of something they would simply go to the back and get some because they have EXTRA! The place is always a mess and theres like NO help what-so-ever. I waited forever. . .Im just so annoyed. I mean they had nothing! Every time I asked for something they said they were out. Wtf?! Im done with this place. . .Im taking my business elsewhere or maybe go back to ordering online. At least they dont run out of stuff all the damn time UGH!

They really need to work on the appearance and cleanliness of the store, customer service and the quality and variety of their products. Signage would be nice so the customer could easily locate what they are looking for and getting rid of the stale candy would free up space for them, the store seems very cluttered in areas.

Drove 15 minutes to this place, arrived at 7:51, door was locked. Called inside , owner rudely replied "well my clock says 8". I have found them on google & written this review & it is biw 7:57. Highly upset & HORRIBLE customer service. There is no way someones clock is 9 minutes off.

Purchased a product from there I use a #4 the product was Not a #4 it was red I called to ask can I exchange for a different one that will match my natural hair color and they asked me did I have a receipt of course I did not so Im stuck with a cute item but wrong color! Horrified

Wonderful and kind people. The person who helped me out with hair products was knowledgeable and picked out products that would fix my hair troubles. Also, this place has the L.A. pro concealers and lots of other affordable makeup/hair products!

They are a very good company and beauty supply store. They even have a hair salon where I always get my hair done at. And they have all types of weaves and colors. I think there company is good but it does need a couple of improvements.

I admit they can be a little more on the off side and need to act more profetional. I know I cant spell sometimes. but there products are good. I have gone there to buy things a few times. They are Ok.

Poor selection. I was very disappointed. They had about 75 wigs all in the same color 1 and 2. Unfortunately we all do not where those dark colors. I think this place stinks.

Kinda dark store not very well lit. Staff is friendly however their are not a lot of choices to choose from. They will order things for you but the shelves are kinda empty
