I had long hair and I wanted to go bit shorter so I showed the barber (blading white guy with tattoos) a picture I found on google. He looked the picture and said that looks like number 4, he went straight for top hair and chopped that part almost bald. He never once touched a comb and sicessor. I left great clip looking like a bad guy in movie. AVOID THAT GUY!!!!

Extremely rude I called about a specific haircut and asked if they have experience with it and they gave me extreme attitude saying they are all liscenced and know what they are doing the reviews were bad but I gave it a try and went in and let me say big mistake Ill never go back now I know what fast food haircuts mean.

Poor customer service. received "the worst haircut of my life, manger and owner response "staff is overworked because of the holidays". Manger told me I have no compassion for new stylist. Instead of offering to fix the problem, and offer another haircut, their solution "dont come back", Thank for the advise !!!

Walked in. Was told a 60 minute wait. Called back 5 minutes later, was told 40 minutes. Would not put my name down. Was told checking in online was the only way? Really? Thats policy? I would rather make an appointment with a better salon that was flexible when I have a 1 year old.

Every time I bring my 6 year old to a Great Clips we have a pretty good experience but this one is the best one in our area. No matter which stylist we have, theyre always friendly and he gets a great looking hair cut.

Had my hair cut today by Ilyana. I live in Burnsville but needed a hair cut while visiting friends and I would drive from Burnsville to St. Anthony just to get her to cut my hair again!!! Excellent job!!!

the guy i had apparently had no clue what he was doing. I have to go in next month to get it cleaned up, but hopefully it will be another person. hopefully i dont have to pay to fix their mistake.
