Super Cuts WAS a fantastic place to get style cuts, regular hair cuts, beard trims, shampoos, and other hair/beauty treatments. I especially enjoyed their "incentive/rewards" program, which offered a FREE 10th haircut after completion of 9 others. Another part of the same program was a choice of a small bottle of FREE "product" off the rack. It had "customer-friendly" stylists, who took their time to satisfy their customers choice of style, or if it displeased them, they corrected it and strived to make it right! They created "$10 Haircut Mondays", and specially priced haircuts for veterans and/or military personne.l In addition to their other offers, they handed out "dollars off" coupons, good for the next time, and kept an easily accessible computerized log of repeat customers hairstyle preferences to help save time. I will miss SUPERCUTS VERY MUCH; SADLY, THEY NO LONGER EXIST IN THEIR FORMER LOCATION in the Mankato Heights Plaza,right next to "SUBWAY", and across the parking lot from "PANERAS". Adieu, "SUPERCUTS".....

This is not a kid friendly place, one of the employees was very rude to my children! Please if you go here leave the little inserts from the magazines in the magazines, it is a crime to take them out! I also will not be going back because of the cost. I called around for prices they were the best so I went, only to be charged an additional $4 per kid (3 kids) to have their hair washed before it was cut. I asked does it need to be "well it helps make it easier to cut" well as far as Im concerned getting their hair wet like all other salons Ive been too with a spray bottle works just as well and $4 for a wash that is what I pay for the entire bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner all in one!

If I had an option I would not even give one star. I suggested the place to my friend since they had a promotion. First, he came out looking like a Donald Duck, uneven sides, terrible cut. Second, he paid $25 and no discounts were available. I wish I never asked him to give it a try!!!

I am surprised by the bad reviews. We love Supercuts and have never had a bad experience. All of ththe stylists have always been very good with my kids and they do a great job cutting their hair! We dont go anywhere else.

I have been nothing but happy with the professionalism at this salon. My usual stylist always does a wonderful job and is very talkative and knowledgeable about so many things. Highly recommended & reasonable!!

Have been here 3 times and have had a great experience every time. Two of the times it was the same Asian girl (dont remember her name) but she was super.
