DONT LET VICTORIA TOUCH YOU. Victoria should be fired I dont know how she has held a job there as long as she has. Ask for ANYBODY else she is awful. her attitude is awful and Im not convinced she is capable of a cosmetology degree. I have had my hair cut there numerous times (by great stylists that are talented and skilled at their job) and I kid you not EVERY time she is there a client is not happy with her. Lack of stylist skills, lack of customer service skills, lack of social skills-girl has some serious issues. The other employees must see it too other stylists have apologized on her behalf and Ive watched them have to fix botched haircuts. Hopefully the management does something about it sooner than later just consider yourself warned. If it means having to wait longer or go back another time its worth it. Save yourself the time of torture in her chair

I had just gotten a haircut earlier and it was empty at the time (due to a sudden snow storm) and was pretty excited for my haircut, but my mood suddenly changed when I walked in and was greeted by a not so enthusiastic stylist who sighed as soon as she saw me walk in. Throughout the hair cut she seemed less and less interested in the job and just wanted to get it over with as fast as possible. After paying and going home I realized that there were many hairs still uncut on my head and resulted in me having to cut my own hair to make it look better, essentially I paid to go get a haircut, and still had to cut my hair. I used to enjoy coming here, but now it seems I will take my business elsewhere. 0/10 would not go again.

I have gotten my eyebrows wax in northfield before they did an amazing job,. I thought coming here would be the same experience. I was very! wrong!!! as I walked in the first worker had an attitude she didnt seem happy to be working. They wax my eyebrows and they messed them up!!!! I was very upset! obviously I didnt have to pay for them. Horrible Job, go here if you want your eye brows to look like the roof of your house and if you like to be received with an unwelcoming environment. I ended up going to Eden P. center they have a studio 7! I love it!!! They fixed my eyebrows and now they are growing, I will be going there instead of waxing eyebrows and my lip:)

I brought my daughter there for a haircut yesterday 11/25/16. I called beforehand to ask how busy they were and how much a kids cut was told they were not busy and the kids cut was 12.00. We arrived shortly after I called and we waited 20 mins or so which was ok. The stylist did a good job overall but didnt act very kid friendly and seemed to be in a rush. When were done she said it was 15.00 not the $12 I was quoted. Bottom line, I dont like being lied to and I will not be recommending them or going back as a result of the misinformation provided by incompetent staff that cant communicate properly with themselves or their customers.

I had a very pleasant first experience at Fantastic Sams. My hairstylist was friendly and very open to helping me find a hairstyle I wanted, and once that was completed, she continued to keep me at ease while cutting my hair. My hairstyle turned out wonderful, also. The prices are decent - particularly if you get a chance to use their New Guest Only coupon! I would certainly recommend this hair salon, and would definitely go again.

I can always count on my stylist to let me in when I need to for a haircut or wax. The staff is always friendly. She takes her time on my haircut to make sure it is absolutely perfect. I have been coming to this salon for a bit over 3 years now and I wont go anywhere else.airways

Place always has a 45min wait no matter when you go there. Looking forward to the new Sports Clips coming to town fall of 2017 Just wanted a head shave, they take about 5 minutes. $18 what a ripoff.
