If you are looking for Dorraine (Lindberg), they wont tell you where she has moved to, so I will. She is now at Studio 12 (the same strip mall where Edie Maes, Liberty Tax, Carquest Auto Parts, etc. are located). Apparently, FS doesnt believe it is the clients decision to choose whether or not he/she would like to follow her- instead, they will blatantly lie to you & say they dont know where she is. IF you were a client of Dorraines, call her- shed love to hear from you. Shame on you Fantastic Sams for threatening to fire your stylists if they tell any client that has specifically asked where Dorraine moved to. That is NOT your decision to make- that is each clients decision to make- of whether or not to follow Dorraine or to try a different FS stylist. To the stylists that are employed there, ask yourself if thats who youd really like to be employed by- because they dont have your back and are requiring you to blatantly lie (or you will be fired) to clients. They are more about being greedy than they are about being honorable, respectable, & loyal to you as an employee. I will never walk into a Fantastic Sams again. This particular salon seems to have a difficult time with keeping stylists- so if you do try this salon, do it at your own risk & if you visit a second time & the stylist you saw previously is no longer there, good luck. Its never a good sign when a salon business has a high turnover with employees. This place isnt worthy of your business.

Our family goes to Fantastic Sams in Delano. My son has really straight thick hair and likes the short hair cut but has so many colics that his hair is almost impossible to get to look nice without a buzz cut. Well Tawyna is fabulous. His hair has never looked better and as it grows out, it still has a great style. I have paid $40 for haircuts for him and now paying these prices are unreal. I also am used to paying $75 0 $120 for a haircut. Nice to know I will no longer need to pay these prices as I have found the best here at Fantastic Sams!

Absolute worst haircut in my life! Showed hair dresser a picture which Ive shown before and always come out with my hair looking similar to the picture. Yesterday she literally chopped my hair leaving no hair in front of my ears and hair so short I look like a man! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER coming back to Fantastic Sams. If I dont receive a reply, I am going to corporate with this. I want my money back $12.00 and the money to purchase a wig that i will have to wear for the next two months until my hair grows back.

I am a manager at a salon and I usually cut my grandmothers hair for her but our schedules were not matching up so she decided to get a trim here..WORST haircut I have seen, they practically shaved the sides, the bangs were so blunt and short they couldnt be fixed and the top look like waves in the ocean. They didnt even shave the little hairs off her neck but they cut well into her hairline..I would be embarassed if this haircut walked out of my salon.

I took my son in and was told it was a 45 minute wait. I returned in 45 minutes and waited another 25 minutes before I walked out and buzzed his head at home. This weekend I took my other son in and it was Deja vu. 45 minute wait, return wait some more.
