Beware of Chris. She did exactly the OPPOSITE of what I asked her to do for me. I came in for a trim, with my hair below my tailbone, and asked her to trim off three inches (3" ) and maintain the shape of the bottom of my hairline. Chris began trimming my hair, working in layers in the back. She was very chatty and talked mostly about herself during this time. As she moved around to the side, I saw her cut about six inches off the length of my hair on the side! I asked her "What are you doing?!! I asked for a trim!!!!!", She said she was doing only what I asked, her to do. I was in tears!!! It took me YEARS to grow my hair out and Chris just CHOPPED it off. I could have done a better job myself with the kitchen shears!!!! I was mortified to find my hair had been cut up to my bra line!!!! She never owned what she had done, but gave me 50% off, and and a coupon for a 50% trim in the future. I left in tears, my husband was so angry. Then when I got home and checked the CUT I had received instead of the TRIM I went in for, and it was a HORRIBLE CUT. Totally uneven and totally CHOPPED. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!! BEWARE OF CHRIS!!!

Being new to the area, I needed to find a new hairdresser and decided to try Fantastic Sams. Nicole was excellent! She visited just the right amount, gave me a great shampoo AND I love my haircut! She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions based on my hair type and neck/face. Could not be more satisfied and highly recommend her.

Really enjoy the stylists and if you tell them to stop and listen to your needs and wants they do. Also like the way that they wax eyebrows. Chris is a bit hard of hearing so you do need to get here to focus and listen. Love Annie, she always does a great job on my hair cut/style.
