I was in dire need of a trim and I saw this pop up on my google. So, I called up Supercuts and told them I needed a trim ASAP Rocky. They were like we got you, can you be here in 35 minutes?. I was like, oh snap yeah of course Im on my way! So I drove up a little early, its right next to Jimmy Johns so I got a sub, I devoured this delicious sub and headed on next door. I walked in and was promptly greeted. I scanned around the walls at all the hair products they had. Then Jessica came up and asked me if I had been there before, I of course said no, so she offered a free shampoo. I told her what I needed, plain and simple.... a trim. I asked her for some advice and she was very compliant to helping me understand what kind of trim would be best for what Im trying to do with my hair. She finished up, gave me a shampooing, some hair product recommendations, and I walked out of there with some new leave-in conditioner, a great haircut, and a feeling of self worth and satisfaction.

I will start with saying that I was having a horrible Friday and just wanted it to be over. I made a wrong turn and had pulled into the Super Cuts parking lot to turn around and decided I would go in and get my hair cut and just sit for a bit. I checked in and sat there for only a couple of minutes and was greeted by Jessica whos smile and cheerful attitude brought a much needed smile to my face. I had only been in that location one time previously and she already knew what I had done before. I could tell that she really enjoyed what she did and quickly was able to engage me in a spirited conversation. She took her time, did a fantastic job and was able to get me out of the state I was in and I left there feeling rejuvenated. I will go to her from now on and was asked last night where I got my hair done and have already recommended her to others. You have an incredible associate in Jessica. It would be nice if everyone would would have a positive attitude like she does.

If I could give zero stars I would! Firt I told one stylists my nephew wanted a fade, she said OK but when she finished his hair was patchy and not blended well! When I asked if she could fix it she replied "I will try, but I mean Im not a barber!" Uhh you could have said that when I asked for a fade! The dark hair Asian girl who did my daughters hair was clearly overwhelmed over her curls and "trimmed" off about 5 inches straight across... well kind of because its not even! I explained she had layers before the start and it still ended badly! I go to supercuts in los Angeles all the time but all of the stylist are actually qualified,I wish I could say the same for this location!

Was there twice last week. First appt with the kids. We had our scheduled time and got right in. Both kids got their hair cut and my daughter got her tips dyed. My sons hair cut is super cute and the fade is awesome and blended so nice. Tabitha Stille is great and did an awesome job. I went in later that week got my hair cut and colored and added extensions. Tabitha again did an amazing job and it came out even better then I imagined. I love my hair. We will be back for sure. If you need a hair cut or color go see her she is the BEST!!!

If you are looking for a stylist job in the Des Moines area this is a great company to work for!! All the locations in Des Moines are equally great to work for. I started working for Supercuts after working 2 years at another salon franchise and I wish I would switched sooner! All the stores are very organized and well managed! Brain is the owner and he is great to work for! It is obvious he take a lot of pride in his salons! Great pay and incentives! Great place to work for!!

Ive been going to Supercuts for about a year now, and Ive never had a bad haircut or experience. Mind you, Im a male, so my haircuts are very straight forward. The wait is short most of the time, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Unless youre a model headed for a photo shoot, I dont see any reason to sped twice as much at a fancy salon. Also, dont be a jerk. If you like your haircut, tip your stylist.

Although my original experience with this haircut was not great, the franchise owner called me with his apologies and his willingness to make my experience better. I went back to see another stylist (Natalia), very friendly, to make my haircut better. Leaving the salon this evening, I am happy with my haircut and I look forward to booking another appointment with Natalia in the future. Thank you!

Natalia and Julie were both friendly, welcoming, and attentive to all the customers who walked through the door. Natalia was my stylist and she cut my hair exactly as I requested. She was lovely to talk to and equally efficient with her scissors! It is great to have a walk-in hair salon with quailty service.
