My Father has been attending Mt. Olivet Day Services for 13 years and he is so comfortable there since his stroke in 2002. The Director, Ginny Cullen, has been a coach for my Mother to help her in caregiving and all the staff are like family. This is a beautiful space, so welcoming and the early childhood program located at the same location provide an intergenerational experience every day. Our family would not have been able to care for my Dad at home all these years if the services and support provided at Mt. Olivet Adult Day Services were not available.

I am shocked to see the negative review. My father was there for several years well into the later stages of Alzheimers so as a result our family members stopped by daily. They were absolutely wonderful. Dad love it there and he was well cared for. The staff went well above the care he got any where else. We used several other facilities while family members were on vacation or receiving medical care as well as a hospices facility at the end and none compared to the care at Mt. Olivet Day Services. This place is TERRIBLE. I had my family member leave within 1 month. I visited for weeks on end i know the place and the staff. Ive over heard nurses more than once talking trash about the residents. Saying very terrible things. They force feed and dont build a relationship at all. If you want your loved one to die happy do not come here the staff makes the residents uncomfortable which makes the residents not get along with each other and makes them all unhappy. I hope they change things around.

People shouldnt be rating a business if their only encounter was a few seconds of a phone contact! Jeez! Maybe it was accidental or there was an emergency with a child.... My 86 year old mother has been going to Mount Olivet Adult Daycare for over a year. She loves it! The staff is super attentive and puts together a full day of varying activities. The Director is exceptionally conscientious and has created a warm, caring culture and thus a staff that love their jobs. A true gem!
