I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your printing needs! Their whole business model operates on outbidding the competition, and then nickel-and-diming you for every little change you make. They proceeded to hide the fact that they changed the paper quality on us, and then refused to make any additional changes to remedy the issue. I have encountered poor customer service before, but these guys set a new low standard. They wont lift an extra ounce to serve you. Youll regret trying to save a few dollars.
