I normally use UPS but this was a prepaid shipment and they unfortunately use fedex. I havent gone to fedex in a long time and had no idea which line to get in, so I got in what appeared to be the normal line. The other line said packing and I saw someone packing someones box for them. I could only assume that is if you need their help packing your item in the box. At the time both lines had one person in them. I stayed in the line for maybe 5 minutes and started noticing people just dropping off their packages in the opposite line. So finally I went over there and then had to wait behind 4 people. While I am waiting in this second line I hear the lady from the original line I was in, now telling people if they are shipping packages to go to the other line. Why couldnt she give me that same courtesy? She could clearly see I was holding a box with a label. I really dont think I will be going back to fedex, and if I do it will not be this location. I never have a bad experience with UPS.

I went in on a Saturday to simply print a few images on card stock paper & needed to get a couple of pages laminated. There was only 1 person working. She directed me to a self print printer, which did not print my files. There was an error. She was not available to help me. I also could not resize my file as needed. I ended up wasting time & money and did not receive any thing in return. I walked out with no printed or laminated documents in hand. I will never use this store again. If only we had stores like kinkos with employees who are available to assist, as large printers like they have always have issues. I will only use the kinkos on glenstone from now on as they always have several people working & are always available to assist with amazing customer service.

Rude! Rude and RUDE! I called 3 times, third time was hung up on. First two times i was very polite and noticed attitude in the employees voices and they both told me entirely different things on the exact same matter. The third time the lady came off sympathetic and then eventually hung up on me as I was very frustrated. I never cursed or anything, i did express being upset as this is a MAJOR inconvenience for me. I could have received my package but they did not tell me the right information on the first call. All three times I called I spoke to a different woman, none knew a darn thing... Will be avoiding fed ex to my best ability in the future. And spreading the word to others to do the same. I am very disappointed.

The people AT THIS STORE were incredibly helpful when I called to complain about the package that arrived three days late. They apologized, told me I needed to deal with FedExs 800 number people. The people at FedExs 800 line, though, were as BAD as the local people were good. Fedex screws up, charges me for timely delivery of an important package that got there 3 days late, make me sit on on hold to complain about it and try get a refund, and the whole time they act like IM inconveniencing THEM.

This is a great service! I brought an item (brochure for my fathers funeral at Arlington National Cemetery) and "Kelly" quickly the best kind of paper and format for it. It looked beautiful and it was turned out in very quick time, while I waited. This was on a Sunday, and Kelly was the only staff on hand. She helped me and another woman at the same time. We were both delighted with the service and expertise.

Agent refused to ship my iPad; I asked upon arrival what I was shipping, when i mentioned it was an iPad, she refused to ship it - it was in a ballistic case, inside of two (2) padded envelopes... she said she would have to repackage it in a box otherwise she could not ship that for me. Headed to UPS now!

They had just opened and a few people were in there. They were backed up a bit and one lady was a bit confused, but they all apologized and were extremely polite. The only reason it isnt five stars is because they were not prepared as they should for opening. But still, I left smiling.

We were completely ignored at the first when looking for help and when we finally got help they told us it was something they had to do behind the counter so we followed the associate back and she continued to ignore us and went back to doing something else..

I seen better customer service from bee hive. Some of the staff wasnt helpful. I asked if they can do a few pages, they just acted confused and or just didnt want to do it. I knew it would be a time crunch, but wow they could have handled it better.

Stupid employee. Told me I can ship my item because i packed my item in a used box. Wasted 30 min to drive there and not ship anything. I ship out 200-300 a week and for sure will never go to this location.
