Ive been calling this gym nonstop trying to transfer my membership because I relocated recently. My membership card had broken off my keychain somewhere and I cant find it so I was told by my desired new location to call my current gym and get it from them. First the line was busy. Then I was finally able to get through after the phone rung for minutes at a time, the woman who answered the phone hung up in my face while I was giving her my name and requesting a transfer. I thought it was a mistake until I called back several times and no answered. Planet fitness should reevaluate their staff on customer service. I am very disappointed in this place. Im tempted to just cancel my membership overall.

My husband joined this gym over a year ago before we were married. While it was great while we were able to use it, trying to cancel the membership after the year was up has been a nightmare. After marriage, we relocated too far away (over two hours) to visit the gym. After trying to cancel his membership numerous times via letter, even "certified" and with proof of delivery on the 10th, we are absolutely frustrated and fed up with Planet Fitness as we are STILL charged the monthly fee without being able to even use the facilities.

Old gym got closed down...miss that place. Decided to join PF. Nice gym. Not too fond of machine equipment. Would like more free weights (bench, squat rack, larger dumbells etc.). If serious about working out a gym is a gym. Get in , lift, get out! Serves its purpose.

I think its horrible that you cant join planet fitness unless you have a checking account.!!!!! All i can say is wow, what if i wanted to pay for three months in advance cash!?!?!?!?

Usually here once or twice a week. I live about 10 mi away, but I prefer this location. Counter attendants are nice. Very helpful.
