I needed a couple of new tires so I called around to the local businesses. Wilson tire quoted me a reasonable price. Wal-mart quoted a lower price, but I figured maybe a locally owned business would give me better customer service. So I was willing to pay the 10 extra dollars to shop local and get some good ole home town service. I was wrong though. They nickled and dimed me by charging 12 dollars to remove three female star shaped lugnuts that held on my spare tire. I wasnt expecting that fee nor was I expecting the 15 dollars they charged to replace the 3 lugnuts with normal ones. I didnt ask for new ones, but asked that if they had any old ones laying around to put those on. Cmon Wilson tire! Lets communicate a little better. If I wouldve known you were going to charge that much for those simple requests I wouldnt have asked you to do them. Then I wouldnt feel so ripped off and wouldnt have left this review.

Went there today because my car was leaking water on my floor board. It was do to a stopped up av drain valve. He charged me $75 dollars just to blow it out, and sent me on my way. When I made it home I found out he didnt correct the problem. I had to argue the fact that he didnt do the job. So he eventually had me come back a second time. And still did nothing. Told me to have the floor cleaned before they could check my drain which is located on the outside of the car. So I did just that. When I came back he looked at it and told me that they had to remove the dash. I had to show his mechanic where the drain was and when he cleaned it. About a half gallon of water run out. There mechanics suck. I will never go here for nothing again. I wouldnt eleven but a tire. Oh and when I left the didnt close my hood all the way. Glad I caught it before it was to late.

I bought a used tire from Wilson Tire and after a month or two needed to take it off due to changing a lower ball joint. They put the lug nuts on so tight I bent my tool with leverage trying to remove them. So, I call there hoping they can loosen (break) the lug nuts. This sarcastic Matthew boy (rookie) answers the phone saying his boss is not there and cannot legally loosen the lug nuts and put them back on. WHAT! Also, he says they will be on just as tight when they put them back on. They didnt torque them the first time so how would he know how tight they put them on the second time. Unprofessional, also when I got my used tire the guy putting it on just lights up a cigarette and smokes all around me.

My girlfriend bought 3 tires and received a front end alignment from here. In less than 30 days, 1 of the tires went flat. She took it up there to get it fixed and they told her she had to buy another tire, even with a 30 day warranty. It was a slash on the INSIDE of the tire, but no outside damage!! So either they sold her a faulty tire or theyre just trying to take her money. This will be the last time they receive our business.

He helps us to keep up with regular maintenance and solve any other problems we have. We have also bought several cars from him and they have each been a success. I was traveling from Missouri to Mobile when I discovered my tire was worn to a dangerous level. Mr. Wilson took one look and told me my car needed an alignment as well. He replaced my tire and completed the alignment in a timely fashion which allowed me to reach my destination on time. I highly recommend his service.

Avoid this overpriced place. To fix your flat tire cost 27$, over places charge u 7-10$. Plus bad service. After me were 2 customers but they served them first . Over all I was waiting almost hour.

Called and talked to D**g, he said he had exactly what I needed. I drove an hour one way, and what he had was not worth keeping on the shelf. Do NOT trust this man, period.
