I was greeted promptly upon open and the gentleman that helped me was so nice, even for it being so early in the morning! I was also freaking out because my moving truck was already at the location, and I still needed to complete my registration for a space; he was so patient with me, and explained all of the information I needed quickly but efficiently. He even answered questions I had before I needed to ask them! The space I rented was one of the smaller ones, I think the 5x10 ft. space (or close to it) and the space was perfect! And the building Im in is air conditioned and closed off with a password-protected door, plus the normal lock on the space itself, so I feel like my things are in very good hands! 5/5 would recommend!

hi my name is mark I rent a space at the Arnold location first off I would like to tell you that the manager of this location is fantastic when I called about getting a space with that location the manager bent backwards to help me out and she answered all my questions she helped me from start to finish she really cares about her customers and there needs I feel very good about keeping my stuff at your storage place I love the gate and all the cameras and the manager is the best ever I will let everyone know about uncle bobs storage they care.

Sheryl Lancaster was amazing. She is definitely the pride of this company. Recently I lost my storage keys, Sheryl not only took the time to remove it but actually went to go and get a special drill to remove the old lock and restored the new lock. Her communication skills are awesome with the clients as I sat back and observed her and she is very patient when trying to solve ones problem. Simply Amazing!!

This location is awesome! The 800 # that you have to call, not so much. Sheryl was awesome, she made sure we had been taken care of properly. The 4 reps that I had to speak to over the phone were morons, she took the phone and had to speak sense into them. My wife and I were ready to walk out and find another storage unit company, but she saved the day. She needs a raise to say the least!

I rent at 4 different properties and this place is run better than competitors and even better than other Uncle Bobs properties. Management is always on site, and super friendly. I can rent anywhere, but UBs is set apart! You always see staff sweeping the lot and this place is by FAR the cleanest property I have seen! Great job!!

Sheryl Lancaster was simply amazing. She went above and beyond her duties as store manager to help me pay my storage fees that were due in Fl. She stayed an past her time to make sure I was able to make the deadline. Superb, professional and wonderful customer service. I can not thank her enough.

I cant express how over and beyond the customer service I have recieved from the staff. They have truly went out of their way to help my family after my Moms passing. She had mutiple units and they helped me stay on top of payment and whats what and where everything is.

Cheryl is absolutely amazing, we paid for an entire month and than emptied the storage unit out on the 7th. She went above and beyond to get some of our money back. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever have to store anything I will definitely go back there.

I needed storage fast. Sheryl got me set up quickly. I was able to use the on site moving van ( for free when renting a locker ) that made the process easy. Great staff. Competitive prices. I would highly recommended.

Rented here two years ago and again now. Office manager is really nice. I feel safe having my stuff stored here. Would recommend to everyone. Plus you get to rent the moving van when you first store for free!
