Ive rented there for 2 years. I had not visited my unit in a year, and when I did, the load had shifted and I had difficulties closing up the unit. Tom came to my rescue with a first aid kit and helped me rearrange my unit so that I could close it. As a single woman, I was grateful for his assistance that day. He went above and beyond and didnt have to. This is a well run business which cares about its customers and will do almost anything to make sure theyre happy. Im a satisfied customer for sure!

My fiancé and I rented a storage unit from this location, and could not have been more satisfied with the service we received! The manager Tim helped us, and was a total professional. I was having trouble with my insurance company, trying to get confirmation of our coverage, and he was very patient and understanding. When I toured the facility it was very clean, and free from bugs. I rented a climate-controlled unit, and it far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this facility to everyone!

Location is clean and easy to get to. Tom and Phil have been great with calling me once my shipments arrive! Also, I forgot to lock my unit once and they called me when they did their checks of the units. Thats going above and beyond because I have valuables in my unit

Uncle Bobs / Life Storage is a great place to store your belongings. I liked the ease of navigating the online system including e-payments. I also enjoyed having 24 - hour access, along with people checking the units to make sure nothing was taken.
