We used My Way for almost a year fist having them drop-off a container at our old home and then moving it to our new house. They were great after comparing prices they were most reasonable. The customer service people were willing to explain the various options polite, definitely understand the word Customer in Customer Service Those dropping off, moving and final pickup of the container were top-notch - it was great having the container on-site to unload and sort instead of having to go to a distant location for storage - I highly recommend them for your short term storage needs --- Christine

Most people call or write only on the bad stuff but, Im not. My storage unit was just delivered by Jim. I must say that I am very impressed. I showed him where I wanted it placed and there was some concern on wither the lift truck would fit through my gate. Jim drove that lift like hed been driving for 50 years! He was able to get everything to fit just perfect. You have an excellent employee and I wanted to let you know. I told him if I had cash I would have tipped him! So Im sending this e-mail instead. Maybe you can tip him!! lol

The owners and staff at MyWay in St Louis are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our move was unpredictable and required several changes, including adding and subtracting pods, and accessing pods over several days time. Service was efficient, friendly, and on time. When I needed a way for movers to repack items in inclement weather, I was provided an extra empty pod for the day. James and Rick couldnt have been more accommodating or understanding. I highly recommend this service!

This is the second time weve used MyWay. I highly recommend them! Besides having unbeatable prices per square foot, for pick-up, and for delivery; they are always the easiest part of our moving experience. Every time I hang up the phone from speaking with a representative, or interact with a driver, I think, "If only every detail of moving were this easy!" MyWay Storage made a hard move, much less stressful. From the first phone call made to the last storage picked up, everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and had my best interest in mind. Not only were the people great to deal with, the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use MyWay storage again and would recommend it to others that are moving, or just need a place to store items while remodeling etc.
