I came here on a Saturday morning only 20 minutes after they opened, and ended up having to wait over an hour before I finally decided not to wait any longer. There was only one stylist working and she was extremely slow - painfully so. She was halfway through the first customer when I arrived, and there was only one other person in front of me. I was not greeted when I came in and wasnt even addressed when she came to the front to get the customer ahead of me, which I think is very rude. I give an extra star for the cleanliness and look of the inside, which I would expect since its brand new, but I will not be returning.

I went in to fantastic sams about two weeks ago for just a shampoo and trim (the standard,it had just grown a little long for my taste)and left feeling flat and deflated. The stylist was rude and felt that it was her personal mission to insult my hair and push expensive products and services onto me(endless comments on how dry my hair was or that i obviously used box color) I left feeling horrible about my hair and self esteem.ill be finding a new stylist who looks out for my interest and not her bottom line

Due to a busy schedule its hard to get in somewhere to have your hair done. I stopped in to Fantastic Sams and was warmly greeted by Megan. She was very helpful in helping me decide how to cut and color my hair. Was thinking i would have to make an appointment when she said she could get me right in. She was very professional and quick to get me the look I was after. Thanks Megan!!! Will be back to see you real soon.

I went with my Dad, Mom and my two children over the weekend. We were very pleased with the service. There were three girls working at the time. All were professionals and were very polite. My mom and I got our highlights done and my Dad and the kids got their cuts. We will definitely be back and spread the word out. Its a Beautiful salon. Its the modern look salon.

I would give a zero if it would let me..Judy screwed my sons hair up she cut way to much off and than the cut she did do was terrible I voiced my complaints and she was just like oh well..She said I think it looks good..My son is at home crying it looks so bad..I will never return..Asked for a manger and she just sat there and looked at me..

Rachael did an amazing job with dad. He is battling cancer and he gets a little grumpy cause his speech has been altered from the radiation and he has double vision. She just blew me away with how caring she was and scrubbed his head I think 4 times to get his scalp to clear up a bit. Thank you!
