I attempted to get my hair done at Deluxe Hair 4 times. Each time they cancelled and asked to reschedule. This went on for over a month! I was patient because I had a groupon and wanted to try them out. Today was my last straw- my sister and brother in law are getting married tomorrow and I urgently needed to get my hair done because I am in the wedding party. I came on time for my 2pm appointment and they told me briskly that it would still be about 10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes and left. After I got there they called two other people back to get their appointments started and didnt check in with me once. No apologies, no offer of a beverage, no nothing. Working with Deluxe Hair has been a horrible experience. They dont deserve my money, business or time. They really screwed me over for the wedding. Dont let them do that to you.

This place was terrible, went in to get my hair done with an ombré blonde, and a cut, it was botched completely and my hair was completely butchered. After i got my hair recolored and fixed, i learned the lady didnt actually perform the necessary steps to do an ombré look. She color blocked me (instead of an ombré it was brown then blonde with a defined line) then unevenly cut my hair so now its lopsided. She also gave me bangs after i asked her not to and didnt give any thought as to what she was doing and gave my bangs a horrible 80s style, the bangs also were not blended into the rest of my hair. Because of the horrible job they did i had to wear my hair up in a bun with bangs pinned back to hide what had happened. This cost me $250 for the orginal, and around $150 to fix, still not done. Do not go here

Have been going to Deluxe Hair for an over 15 years now - even when I lived over 30 minutes away. Over that period I have had my hair cut by other barbers (in emergency situations when I couldnt get an appointment), many who have done a very nice job - but I always come back because I know that its a place that I can come in, sit down and get a great cut just like I want it... every time.

This place rocks! The stylists are on their game every time Im in. I see everyone. No one lets me down. I always give out cards to my friends and they always have promos going. They have a brow specialist thats amazing. She has an entire skin care regimen lined up just for you! Dont pass this place up

My favorite and the best salon hands down, is Deluxe Hair. I have been a customer for 10 years or so. In addition to the excellent service and professional expertise, it is a friendly and comfortable place. Plus, my kids, ages 22 and 18 prefer going to Deluxe, that is a big BONUS for me.
