Issue 1, attention to detail: Upon picking up my car for rear panel/bumper work, you can see in the picture the bottom wasnt snapped in completely. Although minor, it shows they dont pay attention to detail all the time. What else will they "whoops" forget about? Would you want to take your Mercedes/Audi etc to a place that may forget things? Issue 2, customer satisfaction: Their text notifications relay information poorly. The last text I received before going to their shop was on Friday 6/30" Update: We are over the halfway mark! Your Toyota is 100% complete and still on target for 07/03/2017 04:00 PM. CAR CRAFT AUTO BODY Reply "STOP" to cancel. " To me, this conveys the pick up time is 7/3 @ 4p. When Monday came, nope. Car Craft states its entirely my fault, I should have interpreted it as the car should have been picked up Friday 6/30. Since Car Craft is closed Sat&Sun I was charged for car rental sat/sun/mon out of pocket. They did call one time and left a voicemail Thursday evening stating the car was finished, nothing else as to pickup dates, so the voicemail didnt change the text message conveyed something more specific (pick up date 7/3), but inaccurate. If I ran the business, Id be willing to pay part of the rental at least. Given the both issues, I wouldnt recommend taking your vehicle to this Car Craft. They can improve on attention to detail (regrettable, given their industry) and customer satisfaction.

We had a rear bumper replaced here and paid $2000 for it. When we got it back, our rear back up sensors no longer worked(worked before we took it in). We called to let them know and they said it would cost another $2000 to get those fixed and said they werent working when we brought them in. We didnt want to pay it even though they were working before. This evening we had a flat tire and spent several hours trying to change it and finally had to call roadside assistance because we couldnt get it changed. Come to find out, when the bumper was "fixed" they didnt put the bumper on correctly and there was no way for us to know. So in summary, do not use this place unless you want incomplete work and it done incorrectly.

Very bad service!! Corporate with Geico insurance and try to make more money from insurance! Geico told me to estimate here but a lot of lower than dealer in beginning,so made me had no choice to fix car here. But then after 2 weeks still not start to fix the car yet! Even asked to pay the rental car from delayed! Then after started to fix the car,estimate went up to at least 3 times higher from beginning. I could had fix my car at Mercedes dealer in beginning!! Also told pick up the car in different location after 5 weeks later,but when go pick up the car find out its in another location again!!! I would never go back!!

Customer service from the lady there suck she is very rude and dont know how to talk to people ... Its beyond customer service its to the point of just plain disrespectful .. I didnt choose to send my car here and I will never take my car here on my own will or send any one there .. Every one else was ok that I talked to it was the lady i wish I knew her name idk but Im very dissatisfied .. Someone called me at 5:12 to tell me my car was ready but I cant come get it because theyre close once again it was the same lady and rudely she said like I said we close I was just being nice we close .

Initially I was very frustrated with my choice to take my car here because what turned into a week-long fix was now two weeks, three weeks, eventually almost a month. That is, UNTIL I called and spoke with their operations manager one day to figure out what the heck was going on. He went into great detail about why each delay occurred in a way that a non-car person could understand. He even arranged with me to come after hours to pick up my car once it was done. He was extremely professional, friendly, and I felt my car was in very good hands.

Car Craft recently repaired damage on my car, which was run into by another car. The people at Car Craft were courteous, professional, and competent. The repair work is beautiful. They also sent me daily messages while my car was in their shop, keeping me informed of progress. I cant say enough about the high quality of their service.
