Dave Prager deserves a 5 star himself as does the individual who adjusted the seal around my drivers side door at no charge. An unruly, intoxicated stranger pulled on the drivers door of my 2016 Jetta, threatening to break it as I sat in the drivers seat trying to pull the door shut using the handle, shocked by his behavior. Well, apparently he didnt just threaten to break it, but he pulled on the rubber enough that it didnt seal the window tight, making outside noise more noticeable as I was driving, particular at higher speeds. I told Dave at Maze that the noise was driving me nuts, sounding as though the door wasnt shut tight or the window wasnt sealed tight, and practically every day for the past 3 weeks since the incident, I kept examining the window area, not noticing anything different between that door or the front passenger door. I couldnt find where the problem might be, or if I was imagining things. Nothing appeared different between the two doors. Dave told me it looked like it just needed a minor adjustment and said he could drive the car right to the garage and have someone make that adjustment. I asked him how much it would cost, and he indicated that for adjustments like this they do it as a courtesy. I told him that I was very appreciative of that and would give him a good review. The person in the shop fixed it in a matter of a few minutes, and as I drove home, it appeared that the problem was solved. Thank you very much Maze for doing that as it shows what a good-hearted company you can be.

After my car had been rear-ended, I had it towed to Maze because my dealership recommended them. BIG MISTAKE. First, I called to let Maze know that my car would be coming and gave them ALL of my information. The tow truck driver dropped it off after hours. I did not hear from them the entire next day so at 5:30pm I called to check to make sure they got it okay. They said they didnt have it. I immediately called the tow company and they said they dropped it off there just like they were supposed to. At this point I was very concerned that my car was missing. I call Maze again and asked if they were sure they didnt have it because the tow company said they did drop it off...after waiting 5 minutes, they said that they did have a car the same model as mine but didnt know whos it was! Are you kidding? They had ALL of my information.Turns out, it was my car afterall. Once the estimate was done, I decided to shop around for costs. I blatantly told them that I would be shopping around and they said that was fine. At this point them mentioned NOTHING of storage fees. I was able to find a better deal elsewhere and THAT was when I suddenly owed them money for storage fees. I should have been notified of these immediately, yet I was still not even told when I wanted to shop around. Plus, they wanted to charge me for the 1st two days the car was there even though they didnt know whos it was! HORRIBLE customer service and they dont seem to know what is going on.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Brought in a van to have the bumper replaced. Thank goodness I took pictures of the van before Maze got a hold of it. They replaced the bumper with a used part. Not only was the bumper sub-standard, they put a huge dent in my tailgate trying to MAKE it fit! THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THE DENT WAS THERE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. I showed them the pictures. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS REPAIR SHOP

I recently brought in my car for repairs and was surprised by how professional and courteous Maze was. Im use to dealing with shops who couldnt care about their customers. Maze would be quick to answer any questions or call with any updates. The repairs were quick and they left my car cleaner than before I dropped it off. Ill definitely bring my cars back, but hopefully I wont need to use their services again!

Do not go to St Peters location. We had to take our vehicle back there twice for when they damaged parts they installed or were poorly installed. Now were dealing with more damage control after they sent us to another place for continual repairs. Unprofessional shop. Did not call us back on many occasions after they stated they would. We had to keep calling back. Would never recommend to anyone.

Pam and gabby in the office are as nice as you are to them. I came in with a smile, got treated like gold. The only complaint I have and not getting 5 stars is the return vist to fix some missed repairs. Other wise everything is better than I had expected to get it back as. Truck looks better than before the accident. Thank you maze.

Had to take my car back 4 times, did very shoddy work. Their management is nice, but their receptionist Pam is rude. I still have hail damage on my trunk but I am ignoring it so I do not have to deal with them anymore, ridiculous.

I have had multiple jobs done on both my cars here. Each time the work was done properly and on time. I am heading over again today to see about the damage caused when a mail box ran into the back of my truck.

They wanted to total out a car just because of a faulty trunk latch that was already fixed. Stand your ground and dont let them scam you out of your car. Most body ahops do this scam
