During the labor day hail storm, my brand new 2015 BRZ got caught in it. I was devastated. Luckily Bob was one of the most understanding guys Ive known and walked me through the process of getting everything fixed. I also met Terry the first time I went there. Terry was looking forward to working on my car, not just trying to rush it into the shop to get it done. It took about a week to get done, but there was plenty of damage to go around. Those guys are artists. Having to match every single line of a car can be extremely tedious, but they are magicians when it comes to this stuff. Plot twist! The second day after getting it back a vengeful squirrel decided his acorns would look better on my car than the tree. I had to limp what love I had left for my flawless car and see what Terry could do. The hood had a single, small dent in the middle of it. He knocked it out in less than 10 minutes. I was astounded. I was more than thankful. Terry had to be the most humble guy during this ordeal I felt bad leaving the shop. Lastly, just today after a car meetup, a friend pointed out yet ANOTHER acorn dent on my fender. Guess what? I brought it back in asking what could be done. Terry said "Ive got this." He knocked that out, buffed, and polished the area after it was finished! I was planning on doing that myself but he took the time to do it. Keep in mind I drove up and not 5 minutes after he wanted it in the shop to work on. If you havent guessed by now, Ive never seen a company work so hard for their customers. These guys have saved my poor car 3 times in the last 2 months I cannot thank them enough. If ever you have a dent, ding, or body blemish, just go to these guys. Their work is top quality and their garage is one of the cleanest Ive ever seen. Thanks again Dent Devil and a special thanks to Terry.

A few months back Groupon offered a deal from The Dent Devil in Ballwin, MO which advertised "$50 for $500 worth of hail-damage repair". Today I went up to their shop to get an estimate and use my Groupon. I had 1 dent about the size of a quarter and 2 dings that were barely visible on the hood of my car from a quick hail storm this past spring. Bob came out to give me an estimate, which totaled $275 worth of repair....well within the $500 advertised. We walked back inside to figure everything up and when I produced my Groupon I was told he would not honor it without filing a claim with my insurance company. I have a $1000 deductible. When it was all said and done, the $275 hail damage repair would have cost me $550...($1000 deductible - $500 Groupon Allowance + $50 paid for the Groupon). NO WHERE on the printed Groupon NOR on the actual Groupon advertisement the day of the sale did it EVER say that I was REQUIRED to file a claim with my insurance company. Had I known that was going to be part of the process, I never would have made the purchase to begin with, knowing that my 1 dent and 2 small dings would never amount to my $1000 deductible. I had to argue with the owner for 20 minutes just to have my $50 refunded, much less get anything repaired. After reading good reviews for this business, I was looking forward to a positive experience. Unfortunately I left The Dent Devil today VERY disappointed. If the owners of this business wont stand behind their word on a Groupon theyre selling, I question whether they would stand behind their work.

My 2007 Tundra was thumped by a pretty good sized falling branch and left be nasty dent on the rear passenger door. This was right along a crease really stood out. All my friends and coworkers said it probably was too deep for paint-less removal but after actually taking my wife’s advice I pulled into Dent Devil to see what they could do. I told the manager I wasn’t looking for perfection but if he could get 90% out I’d be happy. He pointed out a few other minor door dinks I’ve picked up in the last four years and gave me a price. He explained that it would take longer than normal since he would need to take out the inside door panel. In short, he was able to get about 98% of the major dent out and 100% of the others. I showed my coworkers and all they could say is wow! It’s a good thing to see craftsmanship is still available to us at a very affordable rate. The only down side is that it seems my wife was right and I’ll never hear the end of it. This was my first experience with Dent Devil and while I hope it’s some time before I need to see them again Ill be back sooner or later. Mike C

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! First let me say that these guys are AWESOME.. I took my car in after it was bombarded by hail and received over 300+ dents. I was thinking to myself, "HA, theres no way these guys would be able to remove ALL of these dent, huh uh", but guess what, the car was flawless. Max and Terry went above and beyond the call of service as I had a dent in my driver quarter panel that was on the crease which actually put me on the verge of trading it in and tadaaa, they worked their magic again and it was gone, Im very amazed with their work and I can only say that the work they did was PHENOMENAL, can I say that again, yes I will, PHENOMENAL and very quick. I just have to say that I was so excited when I got back into my car. I felt like I did 3 years ago when I drove it off the dealership parking lot; I didnt want to go home because the car was just flawless. Again, a HUGE thank you to all of you, Max, Terry and Bob for your hard work and means to make me yet another happy customer that will be more than willing to spread the word on the work youve done. Thanks again Dent Devil of STL.

I NEVER write reviews.... that is until I dealt with the jerks that make up the Dent Devil team in Ballwin, MO. as a curious customer, I got a slap in the face estimate from dent devil as well as two other local dent fixer-uppers. dent devil was about $200+ above the other estimates. My logic was this, that they just didnt want to deal with me seeing as though there are so many others out there needing hail damage repairs. BUT, Im a paying customer also, so why turn me away? Either way, what really got to me was the IGNORANCE of the team. a man named BOB was extremely rude and sarcastic to me stating that he doesnt care WHO pays, be it through the groupon or through insurance, "as long as I get my money". nice, huh? also, when I asked a question about the dent, he sarcastically replied "gee, why didnt I think of that?" Im in the customer service industry also. and I know a little kindness goes a long way. This group of jackasses will never see a DIME from me, and I will never refer a soul to them, as that is NOT the way to treat customers.
