girlfriend got in an accident with a deer, when the car was picked up by the tow company it was just damage to the bumper and radiator. When we picked up the vehicle after repairs there was a large crack in the windshield that was not accident related or there before. They claimed the crack was already there, and then even had the crack in their pictures they took when the car arrived, so obviously it was caused by the tow truck and not the shop. Regardless they still told us they would send someone out to replace the windshield for us whenever we have time. They definitely did not have to do this and went above and beyond for us! Great shop with quality repairs that puts customer satisfaction first which is rare for a shop these days!

Im not sure who the one-star person talked to, but the lady immediately checked my car out and said they would replace the hood, grill, and front license plate frame. Im sure my hood could have been beat back into place, as it was only scrunched up with a one inch gap between the hood and frontend frame. But they did not say anything about beating anything out. They just ordered everything new. I got the car back today. My 2005 Sentra looks brand new. They even washed my car and vacuumed out the inside. I cant say anything about price, though, because someone elses State Farm insurance paid for it after backing into my parked car. They do great work either way though.

Absolutely terrible, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! after being quoted a one week repair time, for a very minor fender bender they took over a week to even get the parts in and then ordered the wrong parts. So far the earliest Ill be looking at is 2.5-3 weeks for a replaced headlight and bumper cover. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE.

These are honest! Went to get an estimate on a vehicle after I was rear-ended they didnt just take my money and run....they actually sent me to a muffler shop to fix the exhaust that had been pushed up because of the impact. The exhaust repair ended up $50.00!!

Spirit West did an excellent job on some body repair and painting. They went over and above to blend in the color and did a terrific job. They cleaned the interior of my car even cleaning the windows. I would definitely recommend them.

Dont waste your time. I had to deal with people who had better things to do. They didnt follow through with my claim and then LIED about why. Go there at your own risk but Im sure you can do better anywhere else.
