WOW! Same thing happened to me. I was told it would be $1000 and turned out to be $1500 and then I was bullied into paying the 1500 and I stopped payment on the extra $500 later and I was bullied and threatened to come a get my RV. I was told "dont worry, I will find your RV and I will get it" but the owner Bob. Family owned and operated,,,,yeah right! There lying, bullying and pushy techniques is sad and ridiculous. Buyer beware especially women!!!! Stay for away from this place. In Response to your post YES, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A LETTER AND THIS IS THE FIRST CALL. I DID CALL YOU BACK BOB AND YOU HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TOLD YOU I DID NOT OWN IT ANY LONGER AND YOU THREATENED ME AND HARRASSED ME VERBALLY. I TOLD YOU THAT YOU WOULD BE BREAKING THE LAW AS YOU HAD 6 MONTHS PER MISSOURI LAW TO DO A LIEN. YOU CANNOT PICK UP A RV I DO NOT HAVE. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW. BUT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE LAW AS IT IS PROVEN BY YOUR REVIEWS THAT YOU SAY ONE NUMBER AND THEN HOLD CUSTOMERS RVS CAPTIVE UNTIL THEY ARE FORCED TO PAY. READ YOUR REVIEWS. YOU SAY SORRY MORE THAN A PRIEST GETS IN CONFESSIONALS. YOU ARE THE COWARD FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. UPPING THE PRICES AND FORCING THEM TO PAY. YOU NEED TO READ THE LAW. My car needed repair done- and having small children means everything needs done quickly! Complete Auto Body was a great experience: they got me scheduled and taken care of quickly, they walked me through the process and made sure to give me all of the options (but most importantly: what the experts were recommending), they kept my familys time and safety in mind throughout the whole process- and being family-owned and operated meant I could really TRUST them! I really appreciated how they even washed my car after it was repaired. I will definitely be going back for repairs, oil changes, everything my car needs. And I have recommended them to my friends and family who also need reliable and trustworthy auto work done! Thanks Complete Auto Body!!!!!!

I will not use them again. Go to Moore Trailer....half the price, and had to fix what Complete RV did. I called twice to have it fixed. They said they called back, but I have no record, and it was three weeks later anyway! Do not use! Look below in the reviews........there are a lot of dissatisfied customers. I even mentioned that to them. I should have trusted my gut, and not gone here. It was just VERY expensive. I went in to get a copy of a bill and I told him that my some of my trailer lights havent worked since I got back from them. Kevins response was - then you brought it to us that way very defensively..... That was not the case. I took to Moore to fix. Guess what.....they didnt have the wire connected!

DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK QUOTE YOU LOW THEN BLAST YOU WITH A BILL OF PARTS THEY FIXED THAT WERE NEVER AUTHORIZED TO BE FIXED. They bully you with a high bill and hold your truck hostage with fees on fees until you give in to pay for work that was unauthorized. Will only accept cash under table and will not accept card so they can pretend it never happened. Owner bob hung up on our conversation multiple times and would not discuss the crap they were pulling. They raised their fees overnight completely different from what I was quoted originally. Lying, dishonest piece of work company. Completely dishonest shop do not go here!

Complete Car & RV is the best place to take anything with wheels to get fixed or repaired. They offer great customer satisfaction and sure make you feel like family. If your vehicle will take time to fix they have a transportation for you to take you anywhere until your vehicle is ready and safe to be driven on the roads. They also offer a free car wash with every maintenance done. The owners Kim and Bob as with the employees are just fantastic. Soon as you walk in they make you feel like family and give such customer service. Keep up tbe good work and I recommended everyone to visit and take your vehicle to get fixed weather its body damage or mechanical. Love this place!!!!!!!!!!!

We were visiting St. Louis for a soccer tournament staying at the nearby Lakeside RV park and wind took out awning damn near to the clouds. The awning foot broke (powdered metal). Security at the park that drives around mentioned this place after we tried contacting other RV repair centers and were left with only voice mail and unresponsive email. I forget the mans name here, but he is a Marine and a very nice gentleman. He got his service staff to help us immediately on our small but necessary repair. We would not have been able to drive back home with the awning flapping in the wind. Price was great and the service experience was top notch!

Complete Car and RV Repair is a great place to park your RV. We have our motorhome stored there where there are locked gates, lighted parking and plenty of room to easily park your RV with 24 hour access. Not only is it a great storage area, but they are also a RV repair shop. I just call when I need something on my RV taken care of and it is quickly and professionally handled. No hassles and prompt service where they take the time to explain what needs to be done and what it will cost before they start the work. They have earned my recommendation.

Do NOT give these racists your money unless you support flying the Confederate Flag. I drive by this place every day and all last week they were proud as could be to fly the "Stars and Bars" above their business as if this was the 1800s. This company might claim to be family friendly, but not to all families. And please, spare me the "Its heritage, not hate" rhetoric, Im not buying it. And you know what else Im not buying, any auto service from racists the likes of you.

Great first experience. I had a tire losing air and they were able to work me in with short notice. Ty found the problem quickly (a piece of metal like a shard had penetrated one of the tread wells where it wasnt easily visible). He had it fixed and I was out the door in 30 minutes. The repair was inexpensive and the office staff was nice as well. Ill be having as much of my vehicle work done here as possible. Highly recommended!

I was travelling through town and needed an RV repair. Complete RV quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem! Not only did they repair the issue I was in for, but they fixed a problem that I have had taken it to Camping World for several times. The repair cost was fair, and the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous! Complete RV is one of the best shops, nationally I have ever encountered.
