I was recently involved in an accident and my poor little Chevy Spark was in pretty bad shape. Now, I also work as an auto adjuster in the insurance industry, so I liaison with many collision centers across the country every day. My recent experience with Jungerman Carstar was superb and far superior to any experience Ive had with other centers in the area. I was updated every step of the way by a professional and courteous staff, I was treated well, and my car looks absolutely beautiful. My appraiser, Kerry and the front desk representative, Toni were both just fabulous. The entire team at Jungerman Carstar clearly works well together to provide the highest level of customer care. They are part of the network for so many large insurance companies and as an adjuster, I know this not an easy feat to accomplish. So, if youre ever involved in an accident or need any kind of body work done on your vehicle, this is the company to go to. I had a tree limb fell right across the hood and both fenders of my 2016 Colorado. The insurance company sent me to this place to get an estimate and repaired. They said it would take a week to fix but called and said it was finished in 3! I had my boss take me down to pick it up on lunch and drive it back to work. The outside looks amazing however when I popped the hood I was horrified! Hand prints, overspray and where the paint was cracked on the fender it wasnt even painted properly. You can see bare metal showing through the 1 coat of white paint. I have worked in an auto collision shop before and nothing ever went out looking like this after a repair! Anything that was missed was always caught by the guy doing final inspection. I have scheduled another appointment to get it fixed the right way in a week so we shall see what happens.

The people at the St. Peters CarStar are exceptional. They are straight forward and really interested in getting the job done right. They are a family owned business but use the state of the art CarStar repair technology. We have personally used them three times for three different levels of damage . Once was on a brand new car that sustained heavy damage and was returned to factory new. The second time was an older car that was in good condition and when fixed looked as good or better than before. The third was a very old car they worked with us to do an economical fix, to make it presentable. We have also recommended them to friends and family. In addition, have personally seen them go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I believe anyone looking for a autobody shop will be very happy with their workmanship.

This Carstar location is incredible. Getting your car repaired because it was damaged, dealing with insurance, rentals, is never fun, I think most of us can agree on that. Carstar helps make these situations less stressful. When you walk in, youll notice how clean and professional this place looks. It doesnt look like a dive garage somewhere out in the country. They have a nice fridge stocked with free drinks that they let you have, fresh baked cookies, as well as coffee. The staff, are really friendly. Once they know your name, they always address you as Mr. or Mrs. (Insert Last Name Here), or by your first name, if you prefer. They never seem to forget it. I cant say enough nice things about this place or the employees. Ive had my cars worked on several times by these folks. I highly recommend giving them your business.

They did an excellent job repairing my car after it was hit. It looked better after they were done than it did before the accident. Their customer service was outstanding and exceeded my expectations! They took care of every part of the insurance claim with the other drivers insurance and even set up the rental thru the responsible insurance company. It was a nuisance to have my car hit while parked in a parking lot, but they made the experience painless. This is our 3rd time using them and highly recommend them!!

Doesnt get better. Work is outstanding. Customer service is great. They are great about keeping you in the loop. Our car is in for some work currently. While it was there, there was a storm and there was hail damaged to the roof, hood, trunk lid and panels. CarStar is taking care of all damaged through their insurance and providing a rental at no cost to us. Great place to take your car.

Way overpriced and still do a bad job. Multiple errors - paint overspray, wrong parts, and lines dont match up. Had to take the vehicle back multiple times. Rude, inconsiderate, and lacking general customers service. Find another shop to take your vehicle will be glad you did.

Fixed our car right the first time and on time. They give you great cookies too while you wait. So if get stuck an extra few minutes those free cookies make u forget all about it. I hope I dont have to go back soon but will gladly go here if needed.
