A couple of weekends ago my husband and I were out shopping for a new vehicle for myself. I found a new used 2013 Ford Focus with all the options at Lou Fusz Nissan. We were greated with there is someone coming at 2:00 to see this vehicle. So, basically what he was saying that you better hurry up and buy if you want it. We took it for a test drive. Came back and discussed some concerns about the paint matching on the back bumper. He has his manger come out and look and say it was fine. We went in to discuss numbers. We would have been trading in my current car which was perfectly fine so the deal didnt have to be done immediately. He gave us a number on my trade in and we asked for a little more. He went to his manager and came back with $500 less than we asked. He said "well get going to get this deal done today" with a kind of cockiness. We said no not at that price. So we walked. We then drove to BO BEUCKMAN and met up with Jeff Liberty. I had been in earlier in the week to see what they had and test drove a 2013 Ford Focus. That is when I knew that was what I wanted. I was just trying to see if I could get a new used one, that is why I went to Lou Fusz. We looked on the lot but didnt find exactly what color and options I wanted. He suggested that he could find out what might be coming in. At that point we then decided to go with a NEW Focus. He found us a car nearby and got it deliverd on Monday. The salesmans manager from Lou Fusz then called me on Monday and wanted to get a deal done with offering even more on my trade. Buy that time I felt we had commited to BO BEUKMAN. So obviously the person at 2:00 didnt buy the car and now they wanted to deal. The car got there late on Monday and there wasnt anyone to wash the car. Jeff washed the car himself and told me to come back for a detail another day. Which I did 2 days later. Moral of the story is that we were not happy with the treatment at Lou Fusz Nissan so we took our business to one that wanted the business without being pushy. We ended up spending more on the car but feel like we will get much better service at BO.

Lets face it - buying a car is usually a terrible experience. Even with all the information available to a consumer today, most car salesmen treat you like youre an idiot that will believe anything they say and pay whatever outrageous price they put on a vehicle. I decided to buy a new Ford Transit passenger van almost a year ago. Id test driven a cargo version and loved the EcoBoost engine and the overall feel of it. Since its a new model for the US (replacing the E-series as Fords fullsize van) the cargo vans were very rare and most dealerships in the area hadnt ever actually had one on the lot. I started calling around to local dealerships, starting with the closest geographically (I live in Webster). I wont bore you with the details but let me just say, the appalling lack of knowledge, lack of care, and lack of honesty I came across at dealership after dealership almost soured me completely on the idea of buying the van. Then, I called Bo Beuckman. I immediately sensed this was going to be completely different (in a very good way). The lady I spoke with immediately followed up by emailing me some more information about the Transit van and putting me in touch with Rory, who I later met up with at the dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The sales team apologized that since it was a new model they didnt have all the details on the passenger version. They were honest and open and also worked hard to track down answers to some of my questions. They were also extremely honest (and VERY fair) about the pricing. It was an unbelievably easy and (dare I say it) ENJOYABLE process. Never thought Id say that about buying a car. I worked with Rory and Dave primarily, but every single person I dealt with at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. I received the van within the time frame promised and I love it! I have enthusiastically recommended Bo Beuckman to a bunch of my friends. Personally, I wouldnt go anywhere else for a Ford.

My family has been purchasing vehicles from Bo Beuckman Ford for more than a decade. We return each time were ready to shop because we know its the only place in town we know we wont be pressured to purchase or get taken. When it comes to service or body shop work, Bo has also surpassed all expectations and always provided the most affordable labor without sacrificing safety and quality standards. Sometimes we tell Bo what were looking for in a vehicle and they search hard to find exactly what we want. Other times, what were searching for is on their lot waiting for us. Weve purchased both used and new cars, SUVs and trucks from Bo. No matter our shopping methods, I can tell you its easy to remain so loyal to this dealer. The employees feel like family friends. I know I wont find a better price in town. They treat each trade-in fairly. They make shopping for a new car fun and stress-free, as it should be. Theres no need to haggle at Bo. After watching my family go to Bo for years, last week as a young professional ready for my first big purchase, there was only one place to go - Bo. My purchase was quick and easy. Im confident Ill enjoy my new car for years to come and can call on Bo Beuckman Ford if I have any questions or concerns, but Im sure I wont. I even received an extremely kind and considerate voice mail from my favorite salesman, Larry, right after I pulled off the lot. Jeff was also extremely accommodation during my purchase. It was my first, so I had must to learn and he was very patient. Bo is able to cater to your needs and desires in a vehicle regardless of your age or driving patterns. Theyre just friendly, down to earth and provide excellent advice. The commercials dont lie - You gotta go to Bo!

Made a decision after an accident to go with Bo Beuckman Ford as it was an option from insurance agency (Farmers Insurance). First review I have ever written and its due to the unbelievable experience which seemed like I was being punked. Only objective information, they received my car around 7 weeks ago which is currently 3 weeks overdue from their promised date. I received a call last Monday that it would finally be ready on Tuesday, latest Wednesday. Thing that is most concerning is the lack of service they provide to their clients, I never received a phone call, had to call them Thursday and then they apologized saying hopefully Friday. Picked car up on Friday afternoon (they gave me a 2 hour window) and drove it 1/2 mile before lights came on in the dash indicating something wrong. Took it back, was not even given a date...I called on Monday to speak with service manager and that lack of understanding or even empathy was unreal. Didnt even seem to care that it was 3 weeks overdue, light issue was getting taken care of, what else did he want me to do? Got a call late on Monday to pick it up...went to pick it up and now they have put on the wrong tire? I personally had to take the car back again and now am still waiting almost 2 months. Please do not make the same mistake I made and take your business elsewhere if you need work done in the service shop. Things happen and completely understandable, but the lack of concern or communication with their clients is unacceptable. Once they have your car, you are at their mercy....if you do take your car there...please inspect before you leave and make sure you have the right tires on it. Obviously that is a challenge for the employees in the shop.
