First let me say I have used this company in the past. My previous experience was a good, hence my reason for coming back again. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! The soonest they could get me in was 3 weeks, due to recent storms. Fine, made appointment. Dropped off the vehicle at 8am on appointment day. At 4:45pm on same day I get a phone call saying that is will most likely be a week before I get the vehicle back (not the 2-3 days I was told when I got the estimate). So I challenged the estimator (Dan) on his reasons why the 2-3 day turnaround changed. Dan clearly was willing to whatever he thought would end the call. First I was told they were backed up due to storms (I know, thats why I had to wait 3 weeks). Then I was told the give a priority to insurance paid (this was paid by the person who hit my vehicle). When I challenged him on why set appointments at all then, he said the do start work immediately on appointments. Oh - except that they had my vehicle all day and did not start any work (1 day burned). His definition of immediately was when the vehicle goes in the shop they start work immediately. Then Dan tells me he would never tell me 2-3 day turnaround, that it would be a few days. What kind of response is this? Lets say thats true - it still isnt accurate since a few days is 3-4 days to everyone on the planet except Dan. So, I was forced to stick with them (the party that hit my vehicle already paid in full there) or start over with another autobody place but Im sure they are booked due to the ice storm 3 weeks previous. This place has less than professional business practices. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business in a month - but these guys clearly rely on insurance companies. I wish they would have been truthful and honest upfront. I wish they would have said something when I dropped off the vehicle at my appointment time. This company has terrible customer service and care.

I had hail damage on my car from a storm and took it to this location. They ended up replacing the hood, removing a lot of dents, and replacing the windshield. Overall, the service was really good. I was able to call and get updates on current progress, they were honest and upfront about what was needed, and the repairs turned out great. The only thing holding me back from giving it a five star was that it took a little longer than expected. It was in the shop for almost two weeks, when the original estimate was about five days. It was after a major hailstorm so they were probably backed up, but I just wish that had factored into the original estimate.

First they did a good job of repairing my car, but the administrative staff was disorganized, surly and down right disrespectful. They are the only Tesla authorized repair shop in town, but the service is certainly far from Tesla quality. I recommend you go elsewhere if possible and if you cant, be careful and dont trust what they tell you.

Very bad service!! Corporate with geico insurance but try to make more money so estimate very low price in beginning then turn out the end go crazy high price!! Also told to pick up the car but moved the car to the other location!!
