I went here for a quote on rust repair. Steve was unable to give me a quote on the spot because he needed to verify the replacement component. I called back a week later and spoke to Steve. He apologized that he had not called with the quote yet due to having difficulty getting the info from his supplier. He promised, with an emphasis on promise, that he would get back to me. Two months later Im writing this review and never heard back from him. I wanted to avoid doing business with a large chain autobody store but I went to one such shop and they were super polite and gave me a quote on the spot. I wish I could have done business with Steve because looking around his shop lot it looks like his team does great work. I get the feeling that they only want to work on custom and restorations projects though, not general autobody since he didnt value my business.

Getting a quote was quick and easy. Life got in the way and we had to delay our repair for a couple months but they got us in quickly when I finally called to schedule, only asked that we bring our quote paperwork with us. The repairs were done quickly and look beautiful. You cant tell that we had anything done because it looks like there wasnt ever any damage. They were also very accommodating when we let them know we had a road trip coming up and got it done a little earlier in the day. It took exactly as long as predicted and met the quote. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

These guys do great work and they are very fair with their prices and all around straight up people. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs body repair or restoration work done..... Ive done a lot of business with this shop and one thing is guaranteed with them, if they tell me something I dont have to wonder if they are telling me what they truly believe

They are nothing short of the best body shop I have ever been to. They have been working on all my cars and I refuse to take them to anyone else due to horrible experiences with other local shops. They definitely have a life long customer here and I cant wait to have them give my MR2 a full body restoration.

I had a deer collision. I thought my car was totalled and they saved my car. Thats what they do. Theyre very respectful, kind people and I highly recommend anyone going to Center Line Auto Body. They take pride in their work and do a wonderful job!
