My son just returned from your business. He is a young soldier foolishly running friends around in last nights storm and had an accident. It would have been no problem to convince him that his Kia Soul was undriveable and he not able to get it home. You took the high road and this frightened kid is home safe, like you told him he would. I manged a shop for three years. I know what it is like to let any vehicle out of the shop without getting their business. Thank you
