horrible place. had my bmw bumper replaced. came back with pock marks and the paint wore off quickly. he missed putting a piece on. took it back to fix. put the piece back on and worked to fix the marks. I picked it up and still was there, just more paint caked on over them. they still had my key fab and i called to schedule to get it and they said I owed money for the other part that I had paid for, i objected and the receptionist basically told me to screw off. time went by and I work 7 days a week and today had an opportunity to get the key, the owner said the lady put the key somewhere and he hoped she could find it. I expressed my disappointment with the work and added charges and he started yelling and screaming at me telling me how much he works and dropping f-bombs. wow.

This place is a TERRIBLE place to do work with. I was in an accident, and took my vehicle here to get it fixed. I drove an older vehicle, so only wanted to get the necessary repairs. They told me the repairs would cost about 300.00, and it would take them about a week. They also told me that they didnt have a loaner vehicle. The owner actually said to me, and I quote. " I am not going to give you a loaner on a 300.00 dollar job." I dont know about you, but a customer that spends a buck is just as important as a customer that spends a million dollars. I truely hope this place goes out of business. I actually took my vehicle to Brimeyer Auto Body. It took them a day, and they were more then happy to provide me a loaner

Bob has always been very accommodating and helpful everytime I needed something done with my car. I had my right car door fixed replaced and painted. Paint starting chipping off and door wasnt even put on correctly. I went back to see if they could help me and the women at the front was very rude and had always been ever since Ive gone there in the past. Argued with me and didnt want to help in anyway. I would of paid for something to be done but why should I when everytime I go there she makes it a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience!! I dont recommend going there!

Hanley Auto Body is AMAZING. We have always taken all of our work to them (for years). They are honest, reliable, and do superior quality work. In fact, this is the only place we take our vehicles for body work (even our out-of-town vehicles).

extremely rude service!! called in to check on a few things and the lady that answer the phone was talking back like she didnt care about what I was telling her. Need improvement on phone communication skills with customers.

I went in here to find directions and the woman at the first desk couldnt be been more rude. She wasnt in the least interested in helping me, and couldnt be bothered to be polite. I have no idea what their service is like.
