Terrible they have had my vehicle for 3 weeks to replace a bumper. They have given me at least half a dozen dates of when its going to be ready. Three of which they told me it was in paint, next time that it was going into paint, and then a couple days later that it just went into paint. I received a text telling me my vehicle was ready for pick up, upon arriving to pick it up they told me it was in fact not ready and may take until the following day. I live 2 hours away now and only came because they told me my vehicle was ready. Terrible did not get work done according to their numerous time frames, and overall a lack of proper business sense and any form of customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Took my car there due to an accident. It took more than a month to fix something that could have been done in a week. Absolutley dissapointed in the people that work at this unprofessional establishment. Every time I look at the car I find something else that was improperly installed/replaced. I will NEVER go to/work with these people again. I would have been better off fixing the issue by myself, and it would have been done properly and in a more timley manner. Please, if you have a choice, take your car to someone/somewhere else.

I wish I could leave zero stars! This place is horrible. We used because our insurance told us to. Shouldve check the reviews. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! There was no communication after we dropped off our car. We contacted them numerous times To get an idea of how long the repairs would take and they never returned our calls.

The technicians name was Mike from Mississippi. He was very quick and very thorough and vacuumed up all of the glass inside the car. Allan Vigil Ford was going to charge me 429.00 for a passenger side glass. ABRA charged me 174.00 for exactly the same job. Enough said.
