The family that owns this establishment is wonderful. Their PDR guy, is horrible! I had an appointment for 9am, my vehicle was there the night before. I was told it would be completed between 12-1pm. I had transportation scheduled to take me to pick up my car at 1:30. By 12:00 I hadnt heard from, them so I called. They informed me the PDR guy still hadnt shown up or returned any of their calls. I called again at 1pm. He still hadnt shown up so I let them know I would be there at 1:30 and would have to reschedule the PDR. When I arrived, the PDR guy had finally shown up at 1:20 and began work on my car, despite the fact that I told them I needed to reschedule because I didnt have transportation after 1:30. They made me and my ride wait well over 3 and half hours for the PDR guy to complete the repair. Because he was "rushed" because of "me" he damaged my tailgate, the metal and paint was scratched and dented because he was "rushed" again this was "my fault." This resulted in another appointment, another day without my car, another ride needing to be scheduled not to mention damage to my vehicle. Again, I cant begin to express the kindness of the owners, they were so nice and a pleasure to deal with but it seemed their arrogant, disrespectful, distrustful, ignorant PDR guy was the one running the show and causing the problems. The kind family was left to clean up his mess. Ive never had such a horrible experience having a simple dent removed. He turned a mole hill into a mountain. They wasted so much of my time. What a shame. In reference to your response I would be happy to leave the PDR company a review. It was my understanding that he worked for you and he did all of your PDR work. Ive increased my review from 1 to 2 stars because as I stated your business and owners were top notch. Id happily increases your rating to 5 stars if I can have the company name that did the PDR repair so I can share my experience under their name. Also, rob, the problem I had with you was the fact you let the PDR guy start on my car knowing I was on my way to pick it up and needed to reschedule since he was too busy hunting or whatever topped his priority list. And then, to accuse me of causing him to rush which resulted in the dent and paint damage to my tailgate because I rushed him was also an issue, and if you dont want reviews on your PDR guy under Harvestowne you should let people know who to post under and remove ALL of the reviews you have, both positive and negative, for the PDR work under the name of Harvestowne auto body. When I brought my car in for an estimate at Harvestowne, and the PDR work, AND the paint and dent repair from the PDR guy "being rushed because of me." I was never told I was dealing with anyone but Harvestowne.

This family owned business is outstanding in every way! I took my van in for repairs and Rob led me through the entire insurance process, gave me multiple options, installed a new tail light for free, and provided the best customer service I have had in a LONG time! I had a car load of kids with me when I dropped my van off, so he told me just to drive over to the rental car company and he would go pick up my van there. He didnt want me to have to wait with 5 kids for the rental company to come pick us up....wow! When we picked up our van, we could not make it until a little after the rental company closed, so Rob told us just to leave it with him and he would take it back for us in the morning. Seriously, you just dont see this type of service anymore. The whole experience was great! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work!

This place is legitimately the best auto body I have ever been to. Rob and his family did an exceptional job with my Nissan Xterra after a pretty bad rear ending. They were in constant communication throughout the process and were always able and eager to answer any questions I may have. They made sure I had all the information I needed and went above and beyond in many areas. I could not recommend them more. The best part was when I get my vehicle back it looked super shiny and new and they did a great job detailing the interior as well. Hope I dont have to go back but if I did get into another fender bender, this place would be my #1 choice, no questions.

I should start with saying that Im extremely picky with my vehicles. Minor flaws drive me nuts, and Ive never really been fully satisfied with any body shop in the past. That said, I recently took my Lexus to Harvestowne to have the front bumper repaired prior to my lease turn-in date. They were extremely friendly, professional and honest. The repair cost was several hundred dollars lower than what Lexus quoted me, and I would wager they did just as good (or better) of a job than anyone else in town could have. The car looks great! Dont hesitate to take your vehicle here, even if youre as picky as me.

I loved my experience with Harvestowne autobody! Such a sweet family and very passionate about what they do. My brand new car took some damage after a run in with a raccoon :-(. Being an animal lover, they made me feel a lot better about the whole situation. They went above and beyond to make sure my car looked brand new again and Im very glad I was referred to them. Definitely refer them to ANYONE in the market for auto body work. Ive never met anyone in the industry so compassionate and nice which definitely makes the whole frustrating experience of getting your car repaired so much better.

I recently needed to get a car repaired that did not have collision insurance. These people are genuinely friendly and appear to be more interested in helping others than making as much money as possible with every business transaction. They provided me with options to make the most essential repairs on my vehicle and then provided some minor extra work at no charge when they discovered some more work that needed to be done. This is definitely a business I plan to visit again should it become necessary.

I have had at least 3 or 4 cars repaired by Harvestowne Auto Body and have been extremely satisfied every time. They handled everything including working with the insurance company, which made it totally hassle free for me. Over the years whenever someone said they were in an accident I told them not to waste their time with anyone else, just take it to Harvestowne. And now with Rob learning the running of the business from his dad, Bob, I know I will be able to go there for years to come.

They have fair prices, there are never any surprises and the staff goes out of their way to help you and make the repairs a positive experience. Their work is top-notch, I would never bring me car anywhere else. I highly recommend this body shop, you won’t be disappointed. They truly are the best!.
