I would rate them -5 stars if allowed. Jim was great, his predecessor is horrible. They did a very poor job on my wifes Subaru. Anything I called out that needed to be corrected was met with " thats just how it is , but the customer is always right, so...". That was the response I was given to why my grill was noticeably crooked after they were supposed to realign the bumper that was poorly installed in the first place. It is obvious that the car was not prepped properly prior to the paint coat, as rock chips clearly ( and easily) go through their coat to expose the original coat beneath. I could go on and on with all of the issues, but it would take pages. The new owner is rude, condescending, and does subpar work, without seeming to care. He loves to say "The customer is always right" followed by comments that insult the customer! Good luck if you want to try them, but dont say you werent warned!

i have used Eureka Auto Body several times and always found Jim to be honest and trustworthy. Most recently he did repairs on my Honda Accord which has a gold colored paint. He matched the color perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality body work.

Jim, the owner, is a principled, honest man. He treats people well and does high quality work. We have been going to him for 15-20 years- we live in Kirkwood and make the drive to his shop when we need help because its worth the time and effort.
