After getting good layer of dust off black vehicle after picking it up from repairs I discovered bad orange peal left finish on front bumper, over spray on side panels bad, front license plate cover didnt get damaged from wreck but rear did and for some reason they put my shattered plastic license plate back on and when asked why they said they dont cover parts like that but my after market grille was replaced no problem in front? (I then had to go to advance auto parts and get one for free atleast and screw old one off and put new one on myself?) , on my vehicle in particular rear bumper has to come off to change reverse lights which one just went out on me weeks prior of getting hit and payed to get it replaced so I figured while I had front and rear bumper getting replaced I asked them while it was off replace the bulbs rather they worked or not to make sure one didnt go out in a couple days from maybe being knocked loose idk, sure enough one goes out couple days later with no changed bulbs come To find out so had to drop car off again for the day another later day, ALSO new damage that wasnt there when I picked it up the first time discovered on rear bumper like it was backed into or dropped or just someones a little mad Ive corrected the obvious work that should of been done right the first time under the layer of dust thats on black paint dont forget, that was on car pretty good from the first time cause I could only hand wash with new paint and havent done so since picking it up after just getting it fixed from it being there in the first place after I had to pick it up from dropping it off again to take that rear bumper back off. New hidden damage that wasnt there the first time I picked it up but after having to drop it off again a couple days later to have then re take my rear bumper off and change a reverse light I get it returned with a love tap or dropped or something, over spray, a bad bulb, and orange peel, $ had to literally do some of there job for them. There clear bra installer did an amazing job over orange pealed front bumper, best in the area he gets a star for that, great guy as well. UPDATE: Went to shop where they back car out of garage doors they backed into the dumpster right behind the garage door the scuffs and placement match up. Didnt mind to tell me after picking my car up for the 2nd time now cause they didnt replace the reverse lights while the rear bumper was already off. PLACE IS A RIP OFF I BET THE OTHER 7 REVIEWS ARE FROM THEM PERSONALLY I GET MY CAR BACK WITH NO WORKING LIGHTS, OVER SPRAY, SAME DAMAGED LICENSE PLATE COVER, ORANGE PEAL FINISHED PAINT EVERYWERE CAUSE WHEN RECIEVED CAR WAS DIRTY AND APPEARED TO BE FINE. They were late in getting it back to me, the paint is terribly applied to the damaged areas, there is still glass under the seats, there were grease and oil stains on my center console, the door handle, the center control area, and the seat. Ive had the worst experience with this auto shop and would never recommend.
