In my opinion, it took too long to diagnose and fix the problem with my vehicle. During the repair, I called one time to see if the cost was still going to be close to the estimate, and asked the owner if he thought the repair would be complete that day. I was told "It will be done whenever we get finished with it." I dont know how he thinks anyone is going to bring their vehicle back to him again after he is so rude, but he will never get the opportunity to be rude to me again.

I had an interesting day that involved my car and a mailbox attempting to exist in the same place at the same time. That didnt work out so well so Joe at Expert Collision got my car fixed up. The paint is a metallic blue, you cant tell where the old paint ends and the new paint begins. Color matched perfect! This wasnt a small section either, the fender, bumper, and part of the hood needed painting and blending.

Top notch work and awesome service. The owner Joe kept me up to date on the repairs and got my truck back to me on the day he had originally quoted me. I had to get my bumper replaced along with a new front quarter panel. The new paint on the bumper and quarter panel matches the stock color perfectly. I would definitely recommend them for any repair work or service maintenance.

Do not bring your car here. Owner committed fraud and I have a lawsuit pending against Joe M the owner. Used cheap parts and didnt fix car properly and stole money from me.
