Very Rude service department. I was having trouble with my truck on a trip with a truck under warranty, but they wanted me to pay them for the repairs and then ask Dodge to reimburse me. I established a case with Dodge customer care and the "service advisor " Paul stated he would not talk to my case manager regarding this truck. He then said I would have to pay them for hooking my truck up to their computer. He was very ugly and I believe this dealerships service department is trying to con people out of money. I have dealt with many great dodge dealerships over the last 16 years of driving Dodge trucks and this is NOT one of them. Unless you like over paying for your truck repairs, do not use this dealerships service department.

Have bought two vehicles from them in the last year...salesmen were nice and helpful! Watched out for us till the perfect vehicle came available...on one vehicle I was in Jackson and received a call about a new vehicle that had arrived late the day before and would be perfect for me...left Jackson to come and look...they were right! It was perfect for me and I signed the next day and drove away!

Weve purchased three cars here - two Nissans and a Chrysler. The staff is friendly and helpful, and prices are very fair. Why drive to Jackson when you can get a great deal right here in Vicksburg? Havent needed a lot of service, but the folks in the quik-lube department do a fine job and throw in a free car wash.

Service department sucks They quote you a price then charge you 3 times as much, they try and get you to replace things that do not need replacing and their work is subpar. Oil changes is the only thing they are good for

Went with $1000 down payment on used car..they ran all those credit checks, had me waitingvfrom mrng to after lunch, then wanted a co signer or another $1000... SMH--- :(
