I broke down in MO on a road trip. I was just trying to get my truck home to PA when I called I 70. It was Saturday of labor day weekend and the owners were in doing paperwork. They took a whole day out to wait for me and look at the problem with my truck. They then both helped call multiple rental cars places and took me and my 2 passengers to the airport with all our belongings. They are great people and friendly business owners. I have never been treated this well. I recommend this service center to everyone crossing through if needed. If I ever end up there again I will consider myself lucky! I cannot express my gratitude enough and will always remember two special people who helped me through a very difficult time with their positive caring and friendly nature. Thank you!!!!

This place is amazing!! The customer service it through the roof. They talked with my insurance, and even got all the details settled with enterprise to come pick me up. All I ever did was show up, and sign my name. They always knew me by name as soon as I entered the door. I can not stress enough how kind they were during my time of stress. I bet if I asked for a soda they would have had my favorite waiting for me at the desk. They did a wonderful job. The lifetime warranty on the work is a major relief. If that was not enough they even vacuumed my whole Dodge Caliber as well!

WOW!! Nicest people on the planet...I had a transmission problem on a Sunday morning when I needed to drive back to Tennessee that same day. Spent hours trying to find a place that was open until I called I-70. Even though they were closed, they spent the day ordering the part that I needed and installing it. Car was great when they were done and I made it back to Tennessee without issue, all for a reasonable price. They really saved me!! Kind, honest small business owners at their best...if only every business in America were run like this. Good sugar cookies too!!
