I had my van towed to cox when it was wrecked. It was a 1999 and the estimate was $5,000. I found out the lady that hit me had no insurance, so this was gonna be cash out of my pocket. At first Bill was great, kept the van on his lot for 5 months before I worked a $3,000 deal for cox to do the work. They did a very poor job and basically what I got from Bill was I got a deal and my van was on his lot for 5 months. But if I had know I was getting a poor job for $3,000 I would have never done it. Good example, after the tow truck driver dropped the van at cox , I took many pictures. The passenger door handle was missing and Bill agreed to replace it. So one day I went up there and noticed the driver side was missing now. I brought it to Bills attention and he said well that must of happend when it was towed over. I said I have pictures showing it was there after being dropped off. So needless to say he didnt wanna see my pictures and only replaced the side they broke but not the side he agreed to replace, said they couldnt find that side any where. So I went back and asked for the owner to show him all that was fixed poorly and his brother came out. Well after losing my cool he agreed to order some parts and fix it right, said he would call me when they came in, that was 7 months ago.

Bill looked at it and sad I yeh, I can get that back on ther for ya. Onlyl 1 bolt holding the whole spoiler on. when I picked it later that day I I couldnt believe my eys. it looked perfect. and the price was next to nothing. This man is my go to guy fof any auto body repairs, I have told two people about him alreay and would not hesitate to send anyone I know to Cox Auto Body, You wont be displeased. Cox Auto Body was amazing after my husband got in an accident, they worked with us and got the car back to us as fast as they could. On top of that when we saw the car it was AMAZING! It looked better than even before the accident! I was so impressed. I never thought we would have to use them again but as we find ourselves in yet another accident these guys were the first thing we thought of! I will def post another review after this car is done also.

The Cox brothers were wonderful to work with. They dealt with the insurance company, claims adjuster and even towed in the car. All I had to do was pick up the phone! Thanks for making what could have been a frustrating mess into a stress free experience!
