Money was stolen from me. I went through drive thru on 10/25 I order 2 children meals 1 4piece and 6 piece nugget, and 2 adult classic chicken sandwich meals add lettuce tomatoes and cheese for. My total came to $22.98. Once at the window I gave the employee $40.00 even. If you do basic mathematics my change should have been $17.02. Having 2 busy hungry children I failed to count my change instead I rolled the remainder of the money inside the receipt and stuffed it inside my purse pocket where I keep change. I drive from chic Fila to the gas station. Once at the gas station I reached inside my purse to use remaining change. I opened the receipt and only saw $12.00 two $5 bills and two $1 bills. Without even looking at the receipt I knew there was an issue being i gave the young lady $40. So before calling to make them aware I triple checked my small purse no extra $5 bill even the floors under the seat ect. Once I called I gave fact of the receipt. The manager made me aware that she would count the draw down and give me a call back if the draw was over $5. Well I received a call this morning I missed the call so the manager left a voice mail. With doubt and hesitation in her voice she informed me that in fact their draw wasnt over. It actually was short and that she wouldnt be able to refund me my $5. Which I know in fact was taken from me. Why I couldnt understand was the name on the receipt was Timothy as a cashier but a young lady(black) was the one who handled my money. I am utterly dissatisfied, the fact that this establishment is built on Christian principles and the people thats hired are stealing from customers. I would never ever eat at this restaurant again. And for those who do I advise you to count your change and check your receipt for any discrepancies. Y

Im quite disappointed. I went from never going to Chick-fil-A to being my regular stop no matter what part of the country I may be in while Im traveling around. Everyone has a crazy great standard honestly setting the standard for amazing above and beyond customer service. Making sure my stay is the best, making sure my drink stays full, never leaving a table dirty, and bussing off the table as I eat. Then I came to the one at Chesterfield Valley and you would think that this was not the same company. No one walking around, tables left dirty, our fries were cold and had to get them replaced. I had to go up and ask for refills (since no one was around to ask me) and literally everyone up there looked at me and kept doing what they were doing. Not one acknowledgement! I had to go get back in line and wait to get to the register to get any service. So very disappointed... I will not be back to this one and I hope management takes note of the obvious lack of amazing Chick-fil-A culture at this location. Please let me know if this is a company change or just this location. (2 stars, only because the chicken was good.)

My kids love it here I dont really like it. Ordering is confusing and stressful. Out of four trips to Chick-fil-A I will really only get the stuff I asked for on the first try maybe once. The staff is very friendly and try to be helpful but they are always having to fix mistakes that they have made. Its like theyre always playing catch-up. For the kids it is nice but they always have a play area thats very clean. It is nice that you can trade in your little toy for a ice cream. So they have a choice ice cream or a toy. The toys are kind of old school. For example a deck of cards with questions that would be good conversation starters. Every Chick-fil-A restaurant Ive ever been to is incredibly busy. If youre at all claustrophobic with lots of people this is not the place for you. The staff will always work to make it right. And they are always friendly about it. I have never had somone with a snotty attitude here.

This Chick-fil-As food tasted just like the one I ate last month in Kansas City. Everything seemed exactly the same. Even down to the signature two tiny pickles on the bun. Paying $4 bucks for a chicken sandwich means it should come with a handful of pickles. Ive found the parking lots of many Chick-fil-As to be challenging to navigate, and this location did not let me down. There were plastic signs in the parking lot attempting to direct traffic for customers, but it seemed to confuse more than help. Love the food, but fighting through everything to get a chicken sandwich, with only two pickles, is becoming more and more, a let down.

The food always seems fresh. Whenever I get a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich it always has fresh lettuce and tomatoes on it. My children love playing in the play area as its always clean and neat. We will always go to this Chick-fil-A for chicken sandwiches. The customer service is superb. The staff is very friendly and always checks up on us to help with anything we may need.

Sad to say but I will drive to another location before Ill ever eat it this one again. I was served an overcooked sandwich with nothing on it. I returned it to the counter requested a new sandwich with everything I ordered they put cheese on the one I had to handle it back to me. This is the only Chick-fil-A Ive ever been to that doesnt offer a veteran discount.

I have never experienced such quality service at a restaurant let alone a fast food join. My order is always correct, the drive through moves with such efficiency its unbelievable, the cashiers are always extremely courteous and genuine, and they even refill my drink when I dine in. I cannot give this restaurant high enough acclaim.

I waited 20 mins for a salad TO GO (I went inside because I was sure it would be quicker than the packed drive thru - aside from the fact it was 10 AM!!!!). Not only did the drive thru LAP me but the chicken on my salad wasnt even hot. I waited 20 mins FOR A COLD SALAD!!!!!! Oh, and paid $8 for it. Thanks Chick-fail-a

Always fast, always clean, and always super friendly. There isnt an extensive menu which is probably a large part of their efficiency, but since I always get the same thing, thats fine with me. I love their original sandwich and waffle fries - no need for me to order something else. Happy camper here.

What can I say? I love me some Chick-fil-A! Best fast food chicken out there. It may not be as healthy as preparing a home cooked chicken meal, but somehow I always feel like I am eating healthier here. Tried the breakfast for the first time. Awesome! Best honey mustard dipping sauce you can find.

I always feel rushed by the staff, no matter what location or state I visit every location is the same. I can barely order my food and they are always asking "Will that be all". I will let you know when Im done ordering! Other than that I like the food but dont plan on visiting anytime soon!!!

Love it! Food is always good and my order is always correct. Amazing customer service for a place considered "fast food". I listened to their owner speak at a Chamber of Commerce meeting and it is amazing the amount of time they put into their staff training... It shows and definitely pays off!
